Xiao Huifang OB/GYN PC, Flushing NY

If I give zero, I definitely give zero point to them, the front and MA, they just talk gossip and didn’t do anything, they just told people sign the name and site down, one hour they did print your chart and forget about you are waiting … so bad, know I come early for my appointment but, they office literally don’t have people waiting here, waste my time

NP Jun Lu is a piece of work. No compassion. No empathy. No therapeutic communication or professionalism.

There are actually several such rubbish clinics in Flushing. Anyone who has been there knows how disgusting they are.

Dr. Xiao is probably the best gynecologist in Flushing. I don’t know how he is doing in delivering babies, but he is very reliable in other gynecological matters. In the blink of an eye, it has been almost ten years since I saw Dr. Xiao. Definitely Dr. Xiao is a responsible doctor with good experience and skill.

This office does not call patient to inform test results are in, nor do they call to follow up on any transactions you might have missed or need to perform (Blood test, etc.)

I made an appointment two months ago and arranged the work according to the time schedule, but then I was told to postpone it. What's wrong?

If you want wait 1 hour or more with appointment’s, this is the place for you. The staff are not friendly at all.

Feeling rushed. The actual visit is not even 5min. I didn't even have a conversation with the Dr. During visit while in exam room, there are people opening the door coming in and out which is very disrespectful to me. They will bill insurance for money, so I would want my consultation time focusing on me.

Dr. Xiao is alright, nothing outstanding. They don’t really care about you, they care about your money, always making you pay first.

Don’t think I’ll be back. Sabrina, the receptionist, was pretty friendly. But that’s all.

There are too many pitfalls. It can be said that it takes three days and three nights to make an appointment and you have to wait for an hour. Don’t expect Xiao Huifang to deliver the baby for you. If you ask for a fee, you can have a few nurses chasing you to remind you, other than your other problems, you can be perfunctory as you like. The doctor's attitude is slightly better, but there are a few doctors who will give you ambiguous answers because of their unprofessionalism. I don't know this one. Why do so many people come to the gynecology department, probably like me? In Flushing, there are no other gynecologists to choose from. Except for embarrassing you, it is embarrassing for you. If you have never given birth, it is recommended not to choose this Buddhist-style pregnant woman.

This place can be said to be the crappiest OB in New York. The front desk has a bad attitude, and so does the doctor. I feel very perfunctory and impatient.

Actually I will give ZERO or NEGATIVE star. Rude receptionist. Buck-passing. I’m a cash patient, and my problem is not solve in 6days after first visit. They try to charge me more on second visit. Very Disappointed!
