I finally found a nail salon that I love in Levittown this salon doesn’t make customers feel obliged to pay cash and I love the fact that I can add my tip to my card. I never carry around cash so this was awesome. I went with my 6 year old daughter and they did an amazing job for her mani and pedi. Place is very clean and it does get crowded, but it didn’t seem like there was a long wait. Highly recommend

I went to the French workshop for lunch and stopped next door for a manicure. Never have I ever paid $12 for a manicure and was this satisfied! Anna did an incredible job! Cannot wait to go back. So happy with the results and the price is unheard of!

I never felt the need to write a bad review, but I had to share my experience today. I have been getting my nails done here for years and always loved them. I get UV gel and I never experienced any issues before. A few days ago I went in for a gel fill and got Joanne/Joanna to do my nails. She was so rude and was basically throwing my hands away from her when they had to go in the gel light. My nails were all bumpy and not straight and I asked her to fix them multiple times, and she was rolling her eyes at me. I got chrome, which is an extra $20, and the application was horrible. She only covered half my nails with the chrome powder and 3 of my nails had almost no chrome sparkle on them and were a different color than the rest because she ran out. I didn’t notice how bad they were until I went home and was able to look at them and take a picture with flash. I called today and the woman on the phone was very nice and told me I could come in to get them fixed. I was placed with Joanne/Joanna again and she was even more rude than last time. She acted like there was nothing wrong with the nails and was basically saying what do you even want. She attempted to fix the three nails that had no chrome powder on them and was mad at me when I didn’t know what color polish and chrome was used because she was the one to pick them out last time. I showed her the original inspiration picture and she sat there with her arms crossed while I tried to locate the photo. Then, she took out dip powder and started dipping my nails and I notified her that I get gel nails and not powder. With attitude said “I know. ” I also told her that one of the nails were crooked and asked her nicely to file down the bump and she said rudely “I know, I file it after the color. ” Because I have been getting gel nails for years, I know that with gel nails, you have to file the nail before the polish. Then after dipping all my nails, she asks me if I get powder, and again, I told her no I get gel. She starts rubbing off the wet powder nails and drilling them off, when this could have all been avoided if she listened to me when I told her I get gel nails. Finally, she couldn’t find the same chrome powder I got a few days ago and told me that they ran out because it’s popular, so she picked one that was close and I just told her it was fine because I could not deal with her attitude anymore. After I agreed to have the close color she says with attitude “are you sure this time” and “do you need to look at it under your flash, ”
like it was my fault that I had to come back because the original nails didn’t match. I left with the powder residue all over my fingers and gel polish all over my cuticles because of her carelessness. I warned my friend to not go to her, and she told me she has also had a bad experience with her in the past.

These were my Halloween set. Obsessed was an understatement they lasted almost 6 weeks! I prefer the men but the women are great too. Always satisfied when I leave. I've been going to the same salon 5+ years

Love getting my nails done here. I use Joy and Fred. They do such a fantastic job each time. They know how to make you feel relax and know how valuable time is for a mom.

I’ve been going here for a while and I’ve always had great service. Unfortunately the girl I go to was away, may she’s the best and the sweetest! I had to get someone else and was told that I was too picky because he didn’t listen to how I wanted my nails. Not paying $60 for something I don’t want. Very rude.

Nice place. Very good service. They care about their work.
Place is clean but would need to be dusted more often to remove the acrylic and powder gel dust that covers all plants and decor

Have been coming here for a while, but finally found my person. Yumi killed it on my Halloween nails & is also the sweetest person!

Was going elsewhere and was not happy the last 2 times. My nails chipped and broke often, found this place, and figured I'd give it a shot. They are always busy (good sign) they accommodate all their customers. Great staff, great service, and my powder dip last 1 month with no issues. I'm happy happy

Is no stars possible? ! Second time trying this place out. First time was okay. This time was awful. The gentlemen that did my nails was rude, and totally rushed the powder process like if I was annoying him for being there. He also got upset and accused me for messing up the nails that he did a TERRIBLE job on! I don’t mind paying top dollar for top service their service is trash! Save your money!

August 10th I went for nails and shear cahos in the salon today and I had points for a free manicure and they didn’t let me use it and changed $5 to remove gel manicure. And my nails smudged because sherry put it on too thick and no air conditioner either. Might be my last time using q1

I’ve been coming here for years but the last 3-4 times my powder gel manicure has been absolutely horrible. What used to last me 3-4 weeks now barely last 3-4 days. The last two times I came back to have a mail fixed within a week. My latest manicure two of my nails chipped within 15 min of leaving the salon. I was so frustrated I did not even bother going back. It’s hard for me to do since I have been going here since they opened but can no longer come in for a manicure that last less than a week. I got my nails don’t last Thursday 8/10 and already 6 nails are chipped. Don’t waste your money here

Clean, beautiful, and great nail techs. There are waits even with appointments, so plan on staying there extra time. Always a wait!

What an awful experience. My husband and I made an appointment for manicures and pedicures before our vacation. The woman who did my husband’s pedicure was annoyed that we didn’t want to add a 10min massage or any extras and therefore did his pedicure as if it was a race to the finish line. We actually decided not to even get the manicure after she finished the pedicure. Never have I ever been to a nail salon where I didn’t tip the person doing our nails. It was a factory here so if you are looking for a more intimidate experience where the nail technician cares about the outcome DO NOT come here. Extremely annoyed and disappointed.

I got a gel manicure and the following week it was already chipping. The manager basically told me to f off…wont be back. And will tell everyone I know…

Was very disappointed my last visit because they switched out the person in the middle of doing my nails and had someone else finish putting the polish on. The nail polish job came out terrible, sides of nails are polished uneven, one nail is already chipped because nail is not completely polished. The guy who did it wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing. Was more interested in everything else going on at the front of the salon.

After hearing so many good reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. I got French gel manicure and pedicure, along with eyebrow/lip waxing. The manicure and pedicure were good but were not able to survive a beach day (not surprising honestly), but the wax job was terrible. The lady was aggressively moving my head around as if she just wanted to get the job done and over with and I sadly ended up with messed up brows. One of them had a bald spot and she waxed off the sharp corner arch. They were uneven and it hurt to pay as much as I did for an average job.
