XL Nails, North Babylon NY

John did my nails he is awesome the place was clean and everyone was friendly. It was my first time there and I was very impressed with the service.

On Saturday night I did these nails and the design, which was terrible, I haven't even been a week yet and it's already as you can see in the photos. Gel polish

Love it here! Cindy and john are my favorite they always do an amazing job:) i’ve been going here with my best friend for over a year and am always happy with my results! I recommended making a reservation before heading in makes the process a lot easier and smoother for everyone <3

Was looking for a new nail spot. Found it here. Go to Ivy! She is very nice and her work is outstanding. You will not be disappointed. She reshaped and corrected my nails from a botched job someone else did. She listened to what i wanted, made recommendations and really took her tome to perfect everything. I walked out in awe. She just made me a customer for life.

Terrible customer service. Staff is dismissive and rude. I do not recommend coming here without an appointment because they will BELITTLE you. Never coming back.

They rushed and did a bad job.the person cut my skin because they were rushing- there were bumps on the nails because they didn’t smooth it out or anything.they missed the sides too.i asked for a really simple design and they said no and gave me one that i didn’t ask for on just two nails.i tried telling them that it’s not what i asked for and they just kept ignoring me.

I sent my elderly mother to XL to get her nails done and the staff was extremely rude to her. They demonstrated poor customer service and I asked my mother to leave immediately and spend her money elsewhere. She got her manicure somewhere else and the service was exemplary and at a much better value.

I will never ask her to visit XL again.

UPDATE: This happened on Friday, June 28th, 2021.

Horrible job. Two days after getting them done the GEL polish was already starting to peel up due to poor application. My nail tech took the polish and applied it almost completely under the my nail bed. Will definitely not being going back. Pricey and not done nicely!

Very clean and professional. Making appointments are easy and I've always been taken on time.

The worst nails i have ever gotten. He made my nails so bulky and didn’t even flatten out the acrylic. There’s so many bumps and it looks terrible I told him several times they were bulky and he didn’t fallen them out or fix them once. I would most definitely not recommend this nails salon

My experience with this nail salon was good. They took our temperatures as soon as we entered. Then they had hand sanitizer available for our use once the temperature was okay. We were seated and separated. The salon was very clean. The gentleman (I forgot to get his name) that did my pedicure, did an awesome job. My feet were in bad shape (lol. I tried to do them myself during quarantine).

I like this place john who did my nails did an awesome job I suggest anybody to go there my landlord told me to go there they are very nice, they dont talk behind ur back like the two other places that I will not go there anymore XL nails is the place I will not go to the one in west Babylon the food is always ice cold it was not worth going there
