I confused this with Valvoline Instant Oil Change. They're not the same because Xpress makes people wait hours, saying "come back later. " thought that it was an in and out service but it's not

Crew was great! I wasn't able to get my truck serviced though. Not their fault at all! The Dodge Ram Echo 3.0 diesel oil change is insane! Takes 8.5 l of synthetic only, and requires a special filter, which is just a filter enclosed in a cover. The cost of the part or replacement is Mopar specific and no one except a dealer has them in stock! The filter replacement alone is between $85.00 to $92.00 before any labor or oil. This is a horrible design only benefit is to profits and revenue for Dodge. Sneaky and disgusting!

Smooth transaction. Prices matched what was posted on website. Honored coupon, prompt service. Any upsells were a simple yes/no, no scare tactics or long monologues. I would use them again.

This is the best auto experience I've ever had, came in for a pre purchase inspection, had a couple a of the technicians walk us through everything that was wrong with the car and some concerns they had. I'm so grateful for them they saved me over $25,000 dollars!

Over priced, used Valvoline products but don't except coupons. Try to push products and services on you. Didn't check fluids, tire pressure antifreeze level, Valvoline services much better

Last time I was there they didn't put the right oil in my car! Which caused problems.

Went in for a basic oil change today. Was told it was $89.99 so I went down the road and bought what I needed to do it myself for $25. Absolutely crazy price.

It is always a good experience going here. Excellent Service. They do a very thorough and swift oil Change. They check all Your fluids and also put air in your tires. Very courteous and fair prices.

I had my oil changed here today. I am not entirely sure what happened, but after i left this shop I went to Malones for my inspection and found out the oil in my vehicle was NOT new. The mechanic there even went as far to show me once they drained it how dark black it was and again show me what new oil SHOULD look like. I left and called xpress auto right away and asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge. I was told that, and I quote "there is no way that happened and IF I brought my car there my old oil was drained. " Malones wasnt lookong for money and had 0 reason to lie. They fixed the "oil change" done by these guys for free, just because theyd hate to see something happen to the vehicle bevause of this places negligence. When my phone call to xpress auto was coming to an end the person i was speaking to said she would call me back shortly as she needed to speak to her boss. This did not happen. Not even a call to let me know when i could call if said boss happened to be busy right now.
I will not be returning here.

Do not go here! They stripped the oil filter threads and caused my vehicle to loose all oil and throw a rod. Two days later Ended up junking a perfectly fine car.
