Our roof was leaking in three places. Although it was only 16 years old, it was clearly time for a new roof. We had 5 roofing companies come out to look at the roof and give estimates. All 5 companies said the roof was failing and the entire thing needed to be replaced. Also 2 of the skylights which were over 30 years old were leaking and needed to be replaced.
Bob from Exterior Roofing came out to give his estimate, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he explained everything, He was not in a rush like several of the others were, but he explained the process and listens carefully to our questions and concerns.
In the end we decided to go with Exterior Roofing, they were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but in the middle. The deciding factor was Bob’s explanation of every detail of how it would work and then the follow-up calls from Dave.
Two weeks later they were here doing the roof. Dave sent a big team to get the job done in two days, we had 10 guys running around getting everything done. They worked efficiently and fast. They were very respectful of the property and our landscaping. They work long hours to get the job done on time. In the end we had a beautiful new roof, and the yard and property were left in perfect condition.
Dave and his entire crew were a pleasure to work with and they do outstanding work, we would highly recommend them for your projects and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Showed me photos and advised replacing which they did. Very honest and transparent. He also installed gutter covers for me at a great price. David & his team did a gorgeous job replacing our entire roof, and making sure it got done before the snow started this year! We discovered several leaks in our roof, and I felt daunted when researching roofers. David's quote was the most complete and professional, and he patiently answered all of the questions I had, and that communication continued through the entire project. Our roof is an unusual shape with two chimneys and three smaller lower roofs. When the crew removed the old shingles, the rot was actually worse than we had expected. In the end, we needed 12 sheets of plywood to patch rotten areas and David charged us a very reasonable price per sheet. David was able to diagnose that the previous owners hadn't replaced our roof correctly and had re-used decades-old step flashing with inadequate ice&water shielding, which led to extensive rot not only under the shingles but in some areas underneath the siding. All of these issues were expertly & immediately handled by the roofers on his team, even going as far as replacing wall flashing rafters where they had completely rotted out. Other roofers could have taken advantage of us in this situation, but David kept us informed with photos & great communication and stuck to the quote, charging us for the additional materials as previously discussed without pushing us into anything unnecessary. I felt very informed through the entire process. Our roof was primarily tongue-in-groove boards (this is a 100 year old house) and the crew cut custom pieces of plywood to replace the rotten areas like a jigsaw puzzle. I feel 100% confident with the work that was done and would recommend him to anyone who asks. His crew was friendly and efficient and cleaned up the property beautifully, no nails or staples to be found anywhere. We discovered we had a hole in our roof (made by squirrels!). We called Exterior PRO Roofing & Siding and they could not have been nicer. David, the owner, came over after he finished up on another job and it was already dark outside. He checked out the damage and had 2 guys here the next morning at 8am to have it fixed! It was amazing service, craftsmanship and very reasonable pricing. We HIGHLY recommend calling this team for any of your roofing and siding needs.

David and his team were extremely professional and helpful. Let me start by saying we originally had a different contractor start this project and they completely destroyed our house.
David and his team came in and not only did they fix everything that the old contractor screwed up they finished the job and did it the right way. They were also very aware financially and never took advantage of our situation.
Not only did David help us complete the siding but recommended a company to install our doors and windows (which we’re put in wrong from the original contractor).
I cannot say enough about David and his team. They really helped us out and I would highly recommend them.

David and his team responded quickly when I called to let him know we had a leak in our flat roof. They couldn't fix it immediately, but he sent a team out to the house to tarp over the damaged roof that same day, before a predicted rainstorm arrived. David let me know they could schedule the job for the following week, and a week later he had his team on site to remove the old roof and install a new watertight roof system. From what I could see, they used quality materials - 3/4 inch CDX decking, insulation and a watertight rubber surface that is guaranteed for 20 years. The crew worked quickly and had a new roof installed the next day. They carted off all of the old materials from the job, cleaned up my yard and sidewalks and left the place like they found it.
I would recommend Xterior Pro to anyone looking for this kind of work. They were professional, on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do and charged a fair price.

I just had my roof completely replaced with skylight removal. David was recommended by a friend who just had his roof replaced. David was responsive and very professional. His team (there were 7) were right on time, courteous and extremely hard working even with 2 days of temps in the 90’s. They set up to be very careful of my flower bushes, cleaned up beautifully and my roof looks fantastic. Being a single senior you worry about being scammed by contractors. You need not worry with this company. All I can say is the whole experience was wonderful and the pricing was very reasonable.

All questions were answered directly & clearly. The work looks great. The crew left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. That sounds pretty good to me.
