Xtra Dime Back, Buffalo NY

Absolutely awful! I can’t believe the female worker or owner whoever she was told my friend she didn’t care if their kids got hit in her parking lot. Said she didn’t care about their safety! I’m never going back to a place that wishes harm on children.

Clean location, very nice staff, quick service. Currently doing curbside service, which is quite convenient!

This place is great! There are a couple bottle/can redemption places closer to me but I gladly drive a little further to get the great service at Xtra dime back. Great service and great people. They can do a couple bags super quick or they can do super high volume. Plus, they do great things in the community! Support these guys, they're awesome!

This place is so wonderful! They come right up to the car due to covid now and get your bags, count it up, and come right back out! They also always ask me if I would like my bag back that carried the cans/bottles. They are so quick and accurate! So very friendly to my kiddos in the back seat as well even while safely at a distance! Wonderful atmosphere. I definitely recommend.

They come out to open back hatch, then remove bottles and cans.

They count and then hand over cash.
I drive away.

How great they are! They come out to your car, you stay in it. They take your bottles in and bring money out to you sitting in your warm car. Really, how much nicer could it be?

After 4 tries, finally able to recycle quickly and DONATE to a local NFP! Got to Millersport at 3 p.m. Wed. (only open on Wed.at 1 p.m). & was told they had a robbery the night before. The 2nd stop on Sheridan near NFBlvd has a "Closed for Renovation" paper sign in the window. The 3rd stop on Colvin near Brighton had so many people in line I left. Went back today and they close at 4 p.m. On a Saturday? By chance I drove down Brighton to Englewood and luckily found Xtra Dime Back! In spite of 5 vehicles full of cans I was able to remain in my car and was out of there in 10 minutes. Efficient, pleasant, community minded operation. I'll go back!

Have not been inside store due to covid, they have us wait in car and come get bottles. Everyone is really awesome and nice so far

So much easier then bringing bottles and cans back to the store. Very quick and super friendly. A great local business that supports the community! Great job!

I have never used a recycling center before, but now I will never not use one. Xtra Dime Back is wonderfully easy, reimburses generously, and the staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful!
This was a great experience in these Covid days. Excellent place to do business with!

Best place I have experienced. Incredible staff, friendly and fast. I highly recommend this place.

During the COVID 19 Pandemic I was denied service for an asinine reason. While waiting for service, I mentioned to another customer "I normally go to a different bottle return location that was closed at the moment". An employee or maybe owner heard and said they would not serve me because "I should just go wait for your normal location to open back up".

Normally don’t write too many reviews but I stopped in while running some errands. As others have stated, very polite and friendly individuals. Quick-clean and professional. Loved the decor in the store. Unlike any bottle return center I’ve been too.

I love this place! Always fast and accurate service, and the workers are very personable. Love when the dogs are there as well!
