5Went in for a check-up. Dr. Yanina E is nice very efficient. The wait time was a bit long took about 2 hours even with an appointment. The wait time to be called in was like 30-minutes; the wait for the doctor was about 45-minutes long. But, the overall examination was pretty fast. The doctor said she see’s 40 patients a day so I could understand. The staff and nurses are nice. Next time I will go in earlier. I had a positive experience!
Saw the great reviews on this doctor and should’ve seen the red flags for from the long wait time. I showed early to my 12 o clock appointment and was taken 2 hours later only because I’ve walked up to the rude receptionist 3 times for updates. Once they put me in the exam room it was another 45 minutes for the doctor. The whole appointment took a total of 10 minutes and she was like a robot and not empathetic to my needs at all. The office is so unprofessional and only gives 5 star treatment to native Russian patients. I believe all these reviews were bought. Never going back.
Dr Yanina is the nicest doctor and very knowledgeable. She has the best bedside manners and she made me feel very comfortable as a patient. She's a great doctor, she's very personable and listens to what concerns you may have in order for her to help you.
