I contacted Text by, email, I have called every number that I can find, through their website support message portal, are there help support site, and their primary site.
They have on their own list of my company on their platforms, with a false phone number as my company's number.
I have not hired highed them through any of their services.
Nobody has gotten back to me.
It is directly affecting my business.
This has to be illegal.

Been trying to contact customer support for 3-4 days and no response. There is no way to call them, email, and they don’t respond to the forms that they say will have a quick response time. 4 days is not a quick response time.

Its a total scam. If you cancel they revert back all your company's info and mark your business as closed.

Worst customer service ever at an enterprise level. Our contract states we should be responded to within 8 hours and provided 6 direct contacts. Yet, we can't even get anyone to answer our emails or support tickets within days. Our reps do not contact us themselves nor seem to care. We pay for a service and have no way to get in contact with this company when there's issues on their end that need resolved. Unacceptable.
