Yim's Wok, Syosset NY

I've been eating at Yim's Wok all my life and it's still consistently good. Actually, not just good, the best in the area. Friendly service, food always prepared quickly and piping hot and delicious. A staple of the community!

The food here is so good and the family running the place is extremely nice. I recommend the shrimp and broccoli!

One of my favorite spots to grab something to eat.very good location, always clean, and excellent customer service. Keep it up!

Let's just say that this is the best Chinese food ever! I live in Huntington and will only get from Yims which is a 20 min trip, my best friend will not order from anywhere else and he is in Northport. You will not go anywhete else the best ever!

They probably have one of the best Chinese foods in Long Island and they’re always welcoming and nice. Their food is good and I recommend this place.

This place was recommended by a friend but have to say the place looks very greasy and run down as heck - not inspiring or encouraging to eat their food. I had the “jumbo” shrimp lunch special which wasn’t jumbo but okay (about 4-5 medium shrimp) as I was hungry. I just noticed the prior unsanitary reviews and will think twice about going there. I also think they are expensive for a hole in the wall. Beijing House on Jericho Tpke is a sit down restaurant and less expensive with delicious food. You know the latter is good when it’s full of locals.

This place is fantastic! We have been ordering from here the past 10 years and there is no Chinese food place that comes close! There is no reason to go anywhere else period.

They see me there a few times a week. They make mastakes I drive all the way back there to tell me I didn't order what I asked for. Tired of going back and forth. I let it goes I still ordered a bunch of eegrolls. Then get home and there is no duck sauce. I won't go back there again. It's not like they care anyway

Efficient, yummy, not as cheap as I thought. Make sure u tip or else they threaten to never serve/deliver to u again.

Chicken wings are good but unfortunately that’s the only thing good here. The food is mediocre. The person taking the order also seems to be rude where trying to make a request for a order such as to not have peas in the order to have the food separate from the rice will result in them hanging up on you or them issuing and ultimatum where it will be served as is or not at all.

We ordered from this place a couple of times without incident. However, this time we ordered for a bunch of co-workers and the food arrived extremely fast which was odd.did not think anything of it. My entire team is sick with stomach aches. We called and spoke to a "Jimmy" that was a prick on the phone and said if you are sick go to the hospital and hung up.and refuses to pick up the phone when we tried calling back. Order from here only if you want food poisoning.

I found a wig in my meal. When I addressed this with the manager they told me to Ching off. The next time I returned I found an alpaca sufleè. Then I ordered a pizza and they refused to serve me. There is a very disturbing statue and a ghost in the bathroom.

There food is great and I personally believe that they are the best in town. Their chicken doesn't taste bad like others. Their food doesn't go bad like other places food after a couple or hours so give it a shot.

I was quietly disturbed by the statue and the naked men on the wall I ordered chicken nuggets. And a double bacon cheeseburger with fries. They LAUGHED at me and said I was idiot. They told me to get the chong out of their because i was holding up the line. When I looked at the menu it said fried cat legs and I adressed the manager and he said cats are food to needless to say time is an interesting experience

Great Chinese food. Affordable and quality food. Everything is good there. My favorite dish is the chicken and broccoli.

I made a take out order and paid the bill by credit card. I signed the credit card receipt and got my food in 10 min. Everything is fine until I found out that they secretly charged me 20% tips on top of the amount I signed!

Watch out, they steal money. I believe most customers did not realized the extra charge or they dont care about being charged a few dollars more.

Nice people and conveniently located between Jericho Turnpike and the LIE. Food is quite good and prices are reasonable.
