I loved the service and attention that I received while at Yonkers Honda! Roy and Antonio were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and open to address any questions or concerns that I had!

Please read this review before you think about stepping foot into this place. I am a young female buying her first car. Looking at the HRV 2022 sport, so excited. Sticker price is $24,595 for the sport. Wanting to trade in my Hyundai Elantra 2017.
This place was going to charge me for $29,500 for the car, adding 5,000 dollars to the price and low balling us for my Hyundai (told me 6,000, but ended up selling it at another dealership for 11,000).
There is NO reason for a overcharge of 5,000 dollars. This dealership is shoving it up our butts because of “demand” and the supply chain. Save your time and energy and go to Healy Honda in Newburgh NY. They won’t over charge you and way better service.
This dealership should be ashamed to be honest. Taking money from people when you already are selling. +20,000 dollar car. Taking advantage of people will only bite you later. Good-luck and may the karma be with you!

Horrible experience at this location, lot's of miss communication you are told one thing and the day you are about to get your car it's something different. I do not recommend this place! Horrible!

I could’ve have picked a better location than Yonkers Honda or a better sales rep than Eliones. Yesterday was my first ever experience at a dealership and was initially nervous but I was met with respect & guidance. Check them out and ask for Eliones you won’t regret it!

Mae Solomon took great care of us. My husband and I were looking for an SUV in a market that is quite daunting given the chip shortage. Mae took the time to patiently walk us through all the options and got us the best possible deal on a CRV. We shopped around other dealers and car brands, so we can safely say she got us the best deal out there. We appreciate dealing with such an attentive, trustworthy sales representative. And we love our CRV!

My experience with Mae was no stress she was attentive, knowledgeable and most of all kind. This is my second vehicle with her and I wouldn’t deal with no one else. Many Thanks Mae at Central Honda. Thank you to Nathan and the team at Yonkers Honda for a smooth, pleasant experience buying a used Honda Fit. I did not want to be looking for a car now, in this era of computer chip related car inventory shortages, but I had to as my old car was totaled in an accident. Yonkers Honda treated me as if it was still 2019, no "take it or leave it" pressure or gouging. A welcome relief from my expected stress of getting another car!

Don't like Honda cars but if I did I would definitely deal and purchase a car at this dealership. Good inventory in both and used

Eliones Romero is the man to come to see at Yonkers Honda! He helped me upgrade from a 2009 Honda Accord to a 2019 Honda Accord. And I will tell you it has been a big change for me.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Eliones was very thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent service. I was received by Robert Schiavone, whom professionally processed and managed the needs of my vehicle's maintenance, by diligently keeping me posted on the technician's report. Robert's service even went beyond by offering me discounts I was not aware of. Very happy on my visit.

Taking advantage of spikes in demand of Honda vehicles, they indulge in price gouging, jacking up the prices of new vehicles about $3000 above the max retail sale prices. Don't fall prey to them. There are other dealers, other makes and models, other options.

As soon as I walked into the Yonkers Honda dealer, Leo immediately greeted me with a smile and an offer of assistance. From start to finish, Leo explained the whole process and answered all my questions. As a result, we were able to complete our purchase for an SUV that same day. Again, we were pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary service provided by Leo. We will be recommending our friends and family because of Leo.

I landed at Yonkers Honda after 3 days, and 10 dealerships of searching for a new car to replace my car that was totaled in the recent floods. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Mae S.who immediately began assisting us in looking for a new car. Thankfully Yonkers Honda had more inventory in stock than the other dealerships that I previously visited had. As such, I was able to actually choose which car I wanted rather than feeling forced to accept just any available vehicle.

Mae S.was so patient with us as we looked at each vehicle and asked questions about the differences between each of the available vehicles. She offered her opinion when we were trying to decide on which vehicle to get but she was not pushy and allowed us time to make an informed decision. Other dealerships that I went to attempted to sell us a car by dwelling on the crazy car market and kind of forcing us to accept what they were offering. Mae S, on the other hand, compassionately understood our situation of suddenly losing a car while simultaneously trying to help us find a new car despite the current market.

Mae S.made this entire process so much more easier and pleasant to navigate. Completing all of the paperwork was a seamless process. I wasn't initially looking for a Honda but Mae's heart of gold, patience and professionalism has gained me as a loyal customer.

Please do not hesitate to visit this dealership and ask for Mae!

Great experience! From stepping onto the lot to driving away a couple hours later with our new car, Nathan was perfect at answering any and all of our questions. Be careful and review your sales contracts. These guys boldly pocket your down payment. Be wary of making zelle transfers and handing cash directly to the salesmen, and ensure that you see the exact amount that you’ve specified as your down payment amount on your contract before you finalize anything. I know the saying goes that you should never trust a car salesman; but experiencing the fraud first hand was definitely nerve wrecking.

I would like to start of by thanking Mr. Romero, Roy, Diana, Ana, and especially Sam! They were as helpful and understanding as it gets when purchasing a new car. Never pressured me to do anything, and made sure to get me the best of the best! I would give them 1000 stars if I could. Thank you guys so much for everything! If you’re a first time car buyer I 1000% recommend this dealership!

First of all let me say this, Yonkers Honda has some really great sales representatives and staff, period.

On August 12th, 2021 I went in to see what my options were with purchasing a new vehicle, as I had to donate my 2008 Honda Civic hybrid that I had purchased cash June 11th, 2020 from a small dealership. So many things went wrong with the vehicle after my 30 day warranty and my poor baby Goddessy Sky died on me June 9th, 2021. Thereafter, I said to myself, I needed something reliable. After spending 5K upfront on a car that almost lasted a year and then had over 8K worth of work to be done I realized I needed to think about financing or leasing a vehicle.

Leasing and financing wasn't an option for me prior to August 12th simply because I am a single mom with 2 kids and pay everything on my own, so I only could afford to purchase a used car that didn't require any other payments monthly, except insurance.

My family encouraged me to consider financing or leasing and I LOVE HONDA'S! So much, I decided to go to Yonkers Honda. Well, Mae Soleiman was the lovely sales representative that greeted me from the moment we walked in. Mae is exceptional! When I say I never thought I'd meet a person that was as caring, humane, humbled, understanding, lovable and professional as myself, I mean this! The entire process took hours, but Mae was amazing. I had to shop around for insurance. The entire time she was just understanding and kind and she's so down-to-earth. Easy to talk to and voice any concerns to. This is no exaggeration, she's literally the adult friend we all need in our lives. She literally made my first new car purchase memorable. To the point where I am still in disbelief that I did this. I literally purchased on my own and I'm doing this now lol.

Also, even after signing, she has been there supporting me with things that have arised. She has been here, even 15 days after signing with her. She's literally a great support when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle, however you may choose to do so.

I also have to thank Jordan Rabadi because he assisted in major ways and made this experience also possible. I love honest and kind-hearted people!
