I never been to this store before pass on the way to my son basketball game at Pioneer I called to see if they carry the Champagne called Belair so I can pick some up and the person that answered the phone was so rude I well never and I mean never come to this store if you don't like your job then get a new one or you need better people and communicate skills if you want to keep that job

Good selection of wines from local vineyards. Plenty of different liquors and spirits for a fun night. Prices are very reasonable.

Young women seemed agitated when was asking questions about certain wines and best deal.
Needs to be a little more friendly to customers

The ladies that own this place, are the most ignorant people I have ever met in my life.rude ignorant people that should not own a business nor interact with the public!

These people are amazing, friendly and funny. Are you kidding me? !? !? Heppner’s prices are way higher. That’s because he cannot order the quantity and selection that this store does. Everybody has a bad day and if you are scuzzie or drunk you get what you deserve! SLA has very strict rules about selling to someone who’s been drinking. Overall, I love this store and I’ve never had a bad experience! People are knowledgeable and friendly. I will not go anywhere else.

Claudia was extremely rude to me when I asked a question about a product but then proceeded to giggle and be overly friendly with a group of guys that walked in. When I went to pay for my liquor she again went back to being rude. I will never spend another penny in that store. I’d rather go down to Heppner’s. Staff is much more friendly and the prices are cheaper as well.

I came in looking for a specific Moscato (cranberry). The lovely clerk (I didn't catch her name) knew just where it was and helped me ASAP. Very nice!

Only thing good here is their selection. Every time I've been the workers are rude for no reason at all, and I know others who have said the same thing. They have extremely poor customer interaction. Save your money and go down the street to Heppner's Liquor Store.
