Called for part availability this AM (12/17), the guy said he’d go check, then I waited on hold for 16 minutes. I hung up and called back and the guy said “No I don’t have it. ” If so why didn’t you pick up again and tell me? I asked him this and he hung up on me. I get it’s a busy store — I wouldn’t be mad in the least if the guy could just say “oh, I’m sorry. ”
