Great customer service (receptionist). The massage itself was very mediocre. I specifically pointed out my lower back pain issue but I did not get massage around lower back area at all. Sometimes I think the lady did not know what she’s doing, and feels like she’s just trying to pass the time. I’ve had massage in different places and this is definitely not the place for me. The deep tissue massage was for sure not intense enough for me

I just wowed! It was an excellent deep tissue massage, where you feel like you are thrown into laundry machine and exiting it fresh, rejuvenated and walking straight up. I’ll definitely will be back!

Because of age and having lived a very active life I experience lower back pain along with neck and upper back tension pain. By receiving care at Yupo with their massage therapist, CoCo, I have relief and renewal. CoCo is very knowledgeable of the body and her experienced hands know where I need more attention. I just left a 90 minute session and feel relaxed and whole.

A practicing massage therapist for 25 years, i scheduled a session here, requesting that the therapist wear a mask. Covid is spiking again in the city, people all around me are sick again, and as an lmt myself who works closely with vulnerable clients and have an autoimmune disorder myself, I could not imagine this would be a problem. Why anyone in client services would refuse this request- especially when the client relaxing is a central element to the business- baffles me personally and professionally. It is NEGLIGENT client care and customer service of “zero stars”. Very disappointing to see this happening in NYC and makes me very much question what kinds of cleaning protocols are in place and what other client requests would be rejected. I didn’t ask that everyone in the office put on a mask. I asked that the therapist who would be close to my body and face wear one. I received a call back that the business was unable to mandate that request. I under and I do NOT understand why any one in our profession would say no.unless they are covid deniers, which seems to be the case. I’m grateful I asked and likely dodged a bullet. Would steer clear of this place if at all concerned about health and sanitation.

I had an amazing experience, I was a bit late from traffic and train delays, the person at the front desk was responsive in time and manner and understanding of my delay, I was confused for a minute about the address and she came down to get me to the space, which makes me really appreciate the attention, I booked a 75 minute deep tissue massage and a cupping session, the masseuse that did the service was amazing, she truly knew what she was doing, I felt very comfortable overall and will definitely come back!

Great service from masseuses and expert accupunturists. I refer all my friends!

Hate giving negative reviews, but tried calling to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone was horribly rude, dismissive and unhelpful
