I feel overall blessed to be here but the smell and constant stench on the 11th floor is unbearable! They are neglectful of this floor because there are some tenants that are part of a wonderful woman’s shelter and do not pay attention or focus on the very basic higiene normalcies as they do on other floors. It constantly reeks very strongly of feces and they continually do NOTHING when anyone tries to address it…! It’s deplorable!

A wonderful place with events from dance, music to luncheons and dinners. The area is wonderful with a warm friendly staff.

The staff is professional and courteous. I went to deliver donated baked goods from Saraghina Bakery on Halsey. The volunteers are pleasant and helpful. Special shoutout to Vanessa

My 1st apt in nyc2012. It's a great looking building&kept up, they seem to really take care of it, probably because of the hipster club and they rent out the building. And when I moved in, they had redone the club and its attractive. And it's in a great mixture of a neiborhood. Plenty of hipsters and 20-30 age group, who lives around there. And the inside of the newly 9 yr remodeled building. They have great studio apartments. They have great views of the skyline. And they are appealing to be in, quite roomy and with aot of natural sunlight. But the list is long. But I'll wait. I lived in a big end room. But I'd take it again while I'm on the waitlist. And bourem hill is cozy. The quaint little area has a book store and kid hangouts after the movie. And up the street you have a trader Joe's and a really good super market. And I can't remember the name. And that's twords the beach. If you take a left on Atlantic, you'd be by the lirr and Barkley Center. The mall itself.with a few fast food restaurants and chuck E cheese, Applebees&a target with star buck's. And the mall across the way by old navy and Marshals a stop and save, with a big taxi hub. And if you are venterous, it's a 15 minute walk to the hub of all neiborhoods. Park slope. 7&Carroll is a great foodie hang out on sat&sun. Plus the food on 7th is great. A Hungarian grocery store and restaurant. If you move to bourem hill, good for you and your in good hands. P.s the best key food is in park slope on 7th ave. I'd recommend bourem hill for bam students, long island college by the Applebees down from the mall. In the spring, check out the low prices from the small buisness. Cheers
