Zack's Dance Loft, New York NY

Zack is horrible and unprofessional! IM LITERALLY 6 months pregnant and was looking to book the space for my baby shower so he had me come and meet up with him to see the space and after I leave he says to email him if I’m interested. So I email and email and email and he constantly ignores. Then he says to “cash app” the money! Like what kind of fraud sh#% is that? ! So I say I need a receipt etc then he says okay so then later on come to find out he can’t even rent me the space because apperently He can't book new parties in Chelsea and is talking to his lawyer to solve the problems with the landlord. Sounds like nonsense to me. My thing is if you didn’t want to book me the space why make a pregnant girl come and visit. Say you having problems to begin with! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I celebrated my birthday at Zacks Dance Loft for the private pole class. I had an amazing time with my friends. The instructor was amazing and had a great music selection. The location is actually 247 West 30th Street this needs to be updated on the website. We arrived at the wrong location initially and walk to the new location. However, we were given the full hour for the class.

The loft is very spacious and Zack accommodated our needs with providing ample time to decorate and set up for our New Year's Event.

This is the second event I have with Zack. My first one was at his old location on the east side, went wonderfully. This time was no different! The new location is even nicer, more roomy and just plain awesome! Zack and his staff were amazing in helping me with my event and the day of, his staff, Chris and Alejandra, were on top of everything! They made my guests feel welcomed, nothing but smiles and great humor! Wonderful people! I totally look forward to holding my next event at Zack’s because they definitely made us feel like family!

My husband and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary at Zack's Dance Loft. We had a great time! Zack and his staff were very helpful throughout my event and the room was decorated beautifully.

Zack's Dance Loft is a venue that is well worth the price. The security and bartending was always on point. Our arrival was challenging, but Zacks crew meet us with a welcoming smile. They meet us downstairs with an hand truck and their agenda to please. It was smooth sailing from that point on. I will be booking them again!

We went at 1230 am not sure how we would make it without falling asleep but the class was so lively and entertaining, the instructor was so personable and fun, the music was perfect for the dance classes and we had so much fun, would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Came for my bachelorette - we had soooo much fun I would definitely recommend! The teacher was friendly and encouraging we all felt comfortable and had a great time!

Hosting an event can be extremely stressful and difficult to manage. Zack and his team helped our event go very smoothly. My family and I were able to sit back and enjoy our event knowing we were in good hands!

His loft is conveniently located, accessible, affordable, and very well maintained! As a party of 40, we were afforded more than enough space to have a sit down dinner and a large area to dance.

We would definitely love to call Zack’s loft for any future event!

Was invited here for my friend's sons birthday. Great location, had an open bar, and we learned the Thriller dance. The dance teacher was really cool and patient with us. It was nothing like I thought a 1 year olds birthday would be like.

A month ago, Zack and I have had a conversation on voice call as well as
texting about having a pole class on Tuesdays at 6: 30 pm because Tuesdays were the only day of the week he has the studio available. He mentioned he only host bachelorette parties or bridal showers. He also mentioned if I have at least eight people, he will let me have my class there. We made an agreement to hold a pole class Tuesday October 3,2017 at 6: 30 pm. I confirmed with him that I do have ten people that will attend my class; but few of them will bring their friends so it will be more than ten people in class. I've spent a month promoting the class via Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and text messages about the class. Today, I sent Zack a reminder about the class tomorrow. All of the sudden he cancelled on me and acted like we never had a discussion about my class. Clearly, he did not follow up with the booking and he were just making excuses then had the nerve to ask me to stop by and meet with him tomorrow after 8pm. No, I will no longer do business with him. I can't cooperate with someone that can't hold their business down. It's unprofessional and especially waited last minute to screw up my bookings.

Me and my Husband had our Wedding at Zack's Dance Loft this weekend. He and his crew was VERY helpful and Courtesy. He went above and beyond to help us throw a very great party. I would definitely have another party there. It was very nice size for our event. Lighting and the sound system was also a PLUS. I can't give Zack enough "thanks".

I threw my son's 1st birthday party here. Zack was very helpful to let me carry out my vision of teaching my (mostly adult) guests the Thriller dance! Everyone loved the venue and location, learning the dance routine, and thought it was cool there was an open bar. Highly recommend this venue and his staff. We are planning on using this venue again for a future party!

We booked zacks private pole dance party for s Bachelorette party. The bride loved it and we had a great time. The teacher was amazing. We enjoyed the night and enjoyed a work out while being sexy.

Avoid this place at all cost. My buddy threw his opening party of his new business at this venue. Zack or whoever was impersonating as the owner began dumping out people's drinks at 11pm when the venue was reserved til midnight. He was extremely rude and didn't care about the clients experience after he got the money in his pocket. The last bartender was amazing, I just feel sorry that they have to deal with such mediocre management. Skip this place if your worried about professionalism.

I had my bachelorette party here.the instructor was fun and helpful. Zach kept the drinks flowing.had a blast.

We just celebrated my niece's Gatsby themed Sweet Sixteen last night, 08.27.16! It was fantastic and everyone had a great time. Zack was extremely helpful and accommodating. I really appreciated his help and willingness to make the process easier!

We had a bachelorette party here and it was really fun! The instructor was so fun and Zack made us drinks the whole night. Very flexible with scheduling- we had a very late party as we were out of town but it was fairly easy to figure out the logistics. Zack let us hang out while we got dressed and stretched after our lesson too. There's quite a few poles and it was very clean!
