We had the opportunity to walk around and get an idea of what we were looking for before store manager, Chadd, assisted me in finding my wedding band. He was very receptive to what I wanted, lended some very useful advice and suggestions, and helped complete the decision and sale process as painlessly as possible. Chadd was the most helpful yet laidback (not at all pushy) salesperson I have ever encountered, and it absolutely made the experience worthwhile.

I went to the Syracuse Destiny USA location and Chad and Mackenzie were amazing super helpful! Can’t wait for my Vera Wang ring! I found my ring online and they were able to order it for me and honor the online discount!
