If I could give this store 0 star I would. Let's just say the MANAGER is TERRIBLE. The fitting room wasn't open so an associate told me I could just try the clothes on over my clothes, I did just that. The SECURITY came and was very disrespectful, then the MANAGER was so rude telling me, " Get out of my store. " I told him what the associate told me and he told me I was lying. I carried him to the associate to confirm. When I asked the associate to repeat what he told me, the Manager told him " tell her that's not true. " How can a store be without a fitting room? Macy's is open, Banana Republic, Levi's and many more. I will never visit a Zara in my lifetime. The quality of product and service is horrendous. That MANAGER is bringing down the store. He even wanted to call the police on me a black female.

Store hours show open until 9pm. Walked by to process a return at 8: 40pm and they wouldn’t let us in because they said corporate posted the wrong hours.

There is a line of people waiting in the heat who got here before 9Pm.

Terrible store manager and management. They lied on their website saying it closes at 9 but they close the door at 8. I got there at 8: 10 but they don’t let me in, even though it’s my order’s last day of return. They told me to go to soho because that store close at 9 for sure, and reassured me several times that I can make it. I took a Uber (20 dollars) immediately, but the soho store is already closed at 8: 30! A bunch of liars and terrible terrible management. Not only i can’t return my clothes, they also let me spent 40 dollars on the Uber fares! If you want fast fashion go to HM! This season they have so much better design and quality than this nonsense brand

I had to get clothes for an upcoming trip to Florida. Good thing my lady friend was helping me pick out clothes. I've never been to Miami, she grew up there so she picked out 5 tops 3 bottoms and checkout was fast.

The employees here were horrendously unprofessional I am actually disgusted by my experience. I should’ve gotten the employees name but I genuinely was so shocked I didn’t get a chance to. I picked up a dress and it didn’t have a price on it so I looked at the dress behind found the price and went on shopping.when I got to the register they rang up and they rang up for a different price in the price that was on the dress behind it.and the new price was more expensive. I just noted and let her know that this happened and wanted to make sure I purchased it for the correct price.the cashier had TWO coworkers next to her all simply standing around.they then instruct me to go find the dress myself and bring it to them so that they can stand around instead of going to grab it.if that’s not already extremely unprofessional and being at ZARAs i know form experience that they ussually call their coworker to find the item they ask me to find it with a huge line three employees standing around gossiping. I grab the dress because I’m not going to be rude and I’m the one with the question and I bring it.they hold their hand up and make me wait for them to finish their gossip before they help me.then I show them the dress and another tag with a different price and let me remind you MY DRESS HAS NO PRICE (so basically they need to choose what price to give me) they verbatim say to me “we can only give you the dress with the lower price even though it’s not your size and your dress we will only give to you for the more expensive price”. Which having worked in retail is not true. I took my dress because i don’t even know if it fits because of the fitting rooms are closed and I may have to return i wasn’t gonna haggle over $10 for a dress i may not care but I definitely will not be going back to the store and they really need to re-train their employees at the very least

Long line in the fitting rooms. The most important thing that needs a Zara is a big fitting room and this one doesn't have it. Try other stores better. Big line in the register too. Bad experience checkin out.

The worst customer service in the fitting room. Not friendly or helpful at all. People in the registers are more friendly and nice!

Don't call this store for help. I called seven times and was placed on hold for up to 30 minutes each time. Not sure what happens and why calls are not transferred to the department being requested.

Clothing is expensive but colognes and perfumes are the only reason to shop there. Niche type at an affordable price.

Longest lines for the register! Of course we all know that all zaras have this issue, but this location is one of the worst

Do you like shopping on the floor? This place is a total mess and the sales associates are better at rolling their eyes than helping the lines of customers at checkout.

Store is a complete mess! I asked one of the associates on floor for help and she rolled her eyes at me. Long lines at fitting room and check out. The associates at register were more interested in gossiping and complaining about working late. Worst customer service. Will never visit this store location again.

Travel to a different Zara if you can- staff is always rude and overall vibe is unpleasant because its near Penn station-hence the large crowd and the big mess that you're always going to walk into

Very limited selections for toddler boys! That store is visited by thousands of people and tourists, they should stock fast when they run out of items. Other than that, the store is organized and staff are nice.

Cashier seem to have not wanted to be at work today, she made it her business to converse with all her team members even though I was at her register waiting to be cashed out, she even walked away and left me to apply lotion on her hands.

Not very good ambience, it is kind of messy and laud, but the security employees are really kind. Also they open late so if you are in an emergency you could go there and have what you need.

Very trendy store with clothing and accessories for both men and women. The interior is nice and clean and items are priced $$- $$$. The staff are nice and helpful. The atmosphere is busy but not over powering.

Great collection. Would recommend going there earlier in the day when the stuff is more organized. Do not blame the staff but people throw stuff around and it's just very hard to find things. The staff here however is very helpful in finding the things for you. Im general, a good place to go shopping.

Poor service, extremely unfriendly stuff. People at the register have an attitude like they are doing you a favor, or just ignoring you. Zara's business is not at its best at the moment, so maybe training stuff on how to work with customers in a positive, polite way would help to bring in better sales.

A rare combination of the stupidest, slowest, and rudest employees I've ever met in my life. It's hard to avoid Zara, but try to avoid this one if you can. Can anyone say "new management"?
