I don’t believe any of the fake positive reviews. This doctor and his staff are a mess and to this day I don’t know why he’s not in jail. If you’re in pain guess what? ! He’s not seeing you unless he gets to bang out your insurance for random epidurals or other injections that aren’t even needed first. Don’t even bother because the staff is as dumb as they come and don’t return calls or inform the doctor. Shocked that the Dea isnt all over this guy considering he’s a MASSIVE cause for the opiate issue in NYC for the past 15 years

Tested false positive because of a medication he increased and they never looked into it or returned my calls. Rudest staff and no actual help, just more pills. I found a new doctor that actually helped me.

Dr. Zenetos is an awesome pain management Doctor Who knows exactly what he’s doing. He performed an epidural on my wife that really relieved a major amount of lower back pain that she was experiencing due to severe stenosis. It’s like he knew exactly where the damage was. He is thorough, he is kind and he also has an excellent staff! Fatema is our favorite. I recommend this doctor if you are suffering from pain for he will make a big difference to help you!

Two thousand years ago God sent his beloved son on earth and he helped to heal many sick people. Two thousand years later God sent a Doctor named PANAGIOTIS ZENETOS. I was in horrible pain and cried for months. This doctor really took away my pain and I feel great. So let it be known that Dr. Panagiotis Zenetos was God sent on earth to conquer pain. Thank you Dr Zenetos!

An extremely good Doctor everything I expect from a gd. Doctor. Very experienced, concerned.and professional. He always keeps you at ease. Plus, very timely. Always on time.

Worst pain management I have ever seen. You can be feeling very bad. They won't pick up the phone or call you back if you leave a message. They forget to send your prescription to your pharmacy. And you have to go the the office personally to have it sent. In the meantime you're in pain for days until you do. I recommend to go somewhere else for your pain management. This Dr's office is the only one I have ever encounter that never call back their patients. People don't bother with this Dr.

Very caring and will listen to you and figure out what is wrong. He doesn't dismiss you like other doctors do. He finds answers and solutions to help you fell better. By far one of the best Dr I have ever been to.

I absolutely Love DR Z not only has he helped me deal with my pain but actually didn’t think I was just making it up to get medication I’ve undergone numerous surgery’s and when having one done on my arm which includes my hand elbow and shoulder and got something called RSD also known as CRPS no one else would listen or dismissed what I told them even when a nerve test came back saying I had Carpal Tunnel when I had surgery just a year prior for carpal tunnel release I would wake up in dying pain my arm would be hot sometimes and cold at others I would have pain that no one took seriously so after sitting down and explaining everything to DR Z and some test and having him be able to see these things as they would happen he sat me down and asked me if I knew or ever heard of RSD and explaining to me exactly what it was and what to expect and when I had flare ups what I could do to help me with them he didn’t just push me off or label me but actually wanted to help me find out what I was dealing with I can never thank him enough for the help and hope he has given me his staff is outstanding and will always try and help you with just about anything they will give you their emails and tell you if you need anything to email them and they always call you or email you back I’ve seen the office packed and they always don’t have the time to answer the phone or are on the phone with a patient or pharmacist and can’t just hang up on them to answer someone else’s phone call for the people saying they never answer the phone there is a reason why they didn’t or couldn’t answer your phone call I trusted DR Z that I sent my mother to see him when she couldn’t get answers from her other doctors and he was able to help her and figure out what she was going through she is now able to walk around and sleep at night when for over a year she wasn’t sleeping and couldn’t really walk much if you want a great doctor then he is who you want you want a good doctor I’m sure there are plenty of them out there but they ain’t DR Z he is one of a Kind the kind of doctor you want when no one else can help you

Dr Zenetos is wonderful. I feel like I am in good hands. He is kind, & listens to your concerns. As for his staff.he needs new staff! Please! You can hardly ever get someone on the phone. They are Not professional at all. Rude. Horrible! Horrible! You will be waiting for a call back for up to days. And when you do eventually get a call you are often treated very rudely. It leaves me feeling so upset that I was treated a certain way when all I’m doing is Wanting information. Especially during this horrible time during COVID. But Dr Z. Again Is great. Dr. Zenetos P.is a 1st class doctor. Very knowledgeable in his field of work & in other issues of medical field due to to the fact that he used to be a hands on surgeon as well. He is very respectful & open to constructive suggestions. I'd highly recommend to all who need help in dealing with chronic pain as well as neurological or other issues as well. He will recommend u to top notch doctors in the svc's u need.

I respect Doctor zenetos he knows exactly what to do and how to go about helping the best way he always helps me gives the best advice on how to go about my pain I trust Doctor Zenetos alot I get the epidural shots I wouldn't let Any other doctor do that to my back Thank you Doctor Zenetos for treating my pain and not letting me worry about anything you tell me to do to help my pain people have their own opinion but I have no problem with him or his staff thats my opinion my experience with him and his staff.
