I found scratches on my truck that was not there when I dropped it off, scratches on my grill that was not there, all of my change from my cup holders was gone looked like the armor all or whatever they used was poured on and then wiped off.

I was very disappointed they did not service my vehicle. I was told by a friend that it's the best place to go.not for me. So i went to the diy car wash turns out I did save money. The guy was also very rude. Extremely rude. Shouldn't be talking to customers the way he did.

The Utica store had to replace the wheel well on my dually after the drive it into their lift. Now it is showing up as an accident on my Carfax report, lowering my trade-in value by $15,000.

We brought my VW to Ziebart in Utica for our yearly undercoating that came with my purchase.
The woman Lily who took care of me asked if I wanted the refresh on the outside and total detailing on the interior.
Well when we picked the car up it looked brand new for $200. We were completely taken away!

Very poor quality work. Did not vacuum everything that needed to be. Called to say items missing from car said need to watch video NEVER called back.

Very disappointed. After taking 5 hours out of my work day only to tell me they couldn't do the job. They should have known prior to wasting my time.

I have not been there but, I know some of my friends went there and were very satisfied, so from their comments I'm giving a 4.

Took my car there for the first annual undercoating, parked it in my garage for a week and then took it to the car wash to find that they got undercoating tar on the hood. There were very visible polishing attempts so they clearly knew they did it. No one told me, no one offered any sort of solution, just left the keys in the car for me to pick up and get home with the surprise. Sloppy and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I took my 2020 Titan Pro-4X and had the undercoating, underbody and the z glass ceramic coating completed. The truck looks amazing, and the service was great. Lily and the guys are highly recommended by me!

Fast service. They do try to upsell the hell out of their products though so arrive made of steel.

This is the only game in town which makes them very busy. The customer service is very friendly. Plan on being at least talk to him about being up sold but that’s all part of the game. We waited a couple extra minutes but overall the car was done and we’ll wait and see how long the product lasts. You can get it touched up every year but it has to be 30 days before or after the date of initial application.
