Recently purchased a home in Sullivan County with no existing network infrastructure and needed the best connectivity physically possible due to remote nature of my work.

Sean provided a very thorough initial consultation of what our available options were along with all the information we needed to make an informed decision.

I acquired a Starlink satellite per his recommendation and scheduled an install date. To be honest, I did not have super high hopes for what connectivity speeds would be possible and was very delighted with the results!

Sean was incredibly thorough with his site survey to determine the optimal location for both the satellite and the cell booster. Precise measurements were taken inside and out to optimize the network for our home.

The installation was extremely well done. The cable runs outside are exceptionally tidy and the interior mounting of hardware was done with care.

The end result is a completely networked home with full wifi coverage over 3 floors, and full bars on my cellphone up from barely one before the booster.

I rarely write reviews but knew I had to give a shout out to Sean at Zigmund Computer Services. I forgot the power cord for my laptop while upstate for a long weekend. I had work to do and my computer was drained after two zoom meetings. I found Zigmund Computer with a google search. I figured I may as well see if they could help. I sent an email at 8 pm on Friday inquiring if they by chance had a power cord that would work for me. I received an a reply at 10 stating they had something that should work. Sean had other business on Saturday but I was able to pick up the charger at 9 am on Saturday. We tested it and it was a perfect fit! Weekend saved! Thank you Sean and your lovely wife! I was also able to pick up a lovely plant as well!
