Food was ok.
They gave us the wrong wine and charged double the price of the wine I ordered.

Thank you! Zio toto did an amazing job for my husband’s 40th birthday. Everyone loved the food and the service was excellent. Anna and staff made planning easy and they delivered a beautiful party. If you are ever looking for a place to host a party, choose zio toto.

Had the absolute WORST service experience with Zio Toto Staten Island! I have dined there before, and highly recommended them to friends many times, but after this- I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE!
I used their website to order a giftcard online on Dec 11. When I did not receive it via email, I contacted the restaurant to let them know. They referred me to the manager, Anna. I spoke with her briefly, explained what had happened and that it is a Christmas gift, and that I hope to get it resolved quickly and would provide any info she needed. She rudely yelled at me that ‘now she will have to go back to all her PayPal transactions to see if she can find payment before she could send me anything. ’ I offered the transaction number, and even emailed my PayPal receipt with a copy of all the info. She told me she didn’t want it. It was sent anyway. She took my name and number, and that was the last time we ever spoke (Dec 14). I sent several emails, even through PayPal, I left multiple phone messages, and even called the Brooklyn location looking for help, which I was told they could not provide. My card was charged immediately for the purchase. Yet here I am Dec 22, without a return phone call, email or giftcard, and out $100. It is the poorest customer service I have ever received, and I am so disappointed. Terrible that a place that could be one of the best in Staten Island doesn’t have a care for their loyal customers. I don’t care if you tried to feed it to me on a golden platter, I will never eat there or recommend it again.

I have had worst, decor was very nice, menu was limited, service was lacking. Food not worth a second trip. Parking horrible, the place was empty but it's area of the lot was full, I had to park on the main street.

Place is very pretty! But after that Downhill! Service was Lousy you had asked for grated cheese pepper and for another drink they don’t come over to the table. Food was nothing to write home about …would igo back again absolutely not

Beautiful Italian restaurant for a date night or any special occasion. Went here on Thanksgiving eve for an intimate dinner close to closing and was met with excellent service and great food and drinks. Definitely recommend the veal and pappardelle!

Decided to try this place and took my family, a party of 7. The experience was not as expected. The staff was not very attentive and for a $500 bill I would think the host or manager would have came to our table at least once. My table did not get offered and daily specials as I observed other tables did. I observed the head waiter in black and manager go up to multiple tables and make small talk as we did not get a single “how’s your meal”. The food presentation for a $55 steak and an $18 dessert was mediocre with minimal detail. We also had alcoholic beverages and we were not asked for a single refill. Me and my family go out quite frequently and this place was nothing to rave about. We don’t only go out for the food but for the atmosphere and experience this place lacked 2 out of 3.

Great customer service, but sitting down for 50 dollar per head dinner while listening to loud house music was off-putting.

Authentic Italian cuisine, great food, real Brick pizza oven, beautiful ambiance, clean, friendly staff highly recommended.

Nice restaurant with good food, recommend the calamari and baked clams, but the serving size is 1-2 people so order extra for large parties, also the desserts are very good.

Bad - they had some birthday party inside last night (5.20.21) and they neglected the other diners. We arrived there at 7: 00pm, ordered at 8: 00pm and got our entrees at 10: 00pm and my ravioli weren't even cooked well. Plus they gave me only one sliced cherry tomato - it wasn't to the description of the sautéed tomatoes found on menu. Their answer was - "yah we have a big party going on" and basically didn't care (read didn't give a Sh1t) about our unhappiness with our meals. They were hardly attentive all night. As a tri-state italian american, I thought their food was underwhelming in general. Definitely NOT worth the trek from Manhattan - go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible. Actually the food (well most of it) was nearly ineadable! We went and paid $75 per person not including tax and tip and received the smallest portions. There's so much to say but I ordered rigatoni and can tell you if there were 10 rigatoni on my plate that was alot! Eggplant was terrible and tasteless. The beet salad was horrible with tons of absolutely tasteless dressing. My sister couldn't even touch her veal chop. It was totally disgusting. For almost a $1,000 it was a disgrace. So much to say but why bother? It's over and we wasted all that money!

My favorite Italian restaurant on Staten Island. Their pasta is always tasty. I also love appetisers with a glass of "Bloody Mary".

This used to be a top tier restaurant and the food was really something special, not anymore. On 2/28/21 we ordered 5 take home meals and ate family style. There wasn't a single dish that I could even call 'okay'. In fact the Spaghettini alla Carbonara was absolutely thee worst carbonara I've ever had, it was inedible. The other 4 dishes were Fantasia di Mare (very small portion of bass), Spiedini di Vitello (must have been made 3 days in advance and reheated), Vitello Saltimbocca (flavorless) and Capellini Caserecci (indiscernible amount of crabmeat). While none were as bad as the carbonara, none were any good. I won't be going back.

Ordered the linguine pescatore for curbside pickup and it was amazing! It exceeded my expectations! The seafood tasted so fresh and yummy. This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back!

Place is terrible, I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy, food and service is terrible, owners and mgmt doesn't care.
