Zona Sur Bar Bistro, Brooklyn NY

Very nice restaurant with polite and quick service. We ordered pizza and steak frittes. The dishes were very good, fresh and well seasoned. My girlfriend was delighted with the food and drinks, which speaks for itself. We highly recommend visiting Zona Sur!

Have come multiple times to this place. Food is always amazing and worth the trip, the drinks are an 8/10 could be better. Recommend the Chicken Paillard or the prosciutto pizza they are so tasty!

I LOVE this place. Been coming here for years and always greeted with such friendliness. I have yet to order anything here I haven't loved. The food, drinks and service are so consistent and so wonderful. Definitely a staple I'd recommend to anyone!

After being in Jersey Shore for the week it was great to come home and actually eat some delicious food. I had a pleasant lunch. This place is darling. The food was expertly done. Coffee and the drinks were yummy. The servers were friendly. The vibe was chill. I would love to come for dinner

Wonderful, friendly, delicious. Tamarind margarita with tajin 10/10. Guac 10/10. Chicken salad 9/10. Joanna and service 10/10. We were talking about tajin and its uses and she said let's try it on an orange cause some of the people she works with do it. So we did it and it was delicious! Thank you!

The pictures are not up to date, the backyard is an eye sore and was very dirty. Had to ask them to wipe the table and there were old napkins under the table. There’s a bunch of flies and old dirty scaffold

We ordered the tiny steak and burrata, spinach and cheese ravioli & the pasta w fish. Service was nice, food was nice, but tables were small.

Great little restaurant. We went 2 days in a row because the burger was so good. The wait staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great! Definitely recommend!

Hidden gem in Sunset park area! Had the Classic Penne Vodka&chicken, came with grilled buttered toast! The toasts are put in small paper bags so you can enjoy it easily. The penne was good, the portion of chicken and the pasta were perfect. The sauce made it creamy and juicy! The restaurant also has a patio at the back. Good vibe!

Food is GREAT, atmosphere too and waiters too (when we got served…). Issue is somehow not once not twice but three times (!) we showed by 8: 30 and they said the restaurant/kitchen was closed. The restaurant says it’s open until 9pm. Feels like staff cares more about going home early than running the restaurant. My partner no longer wants us to eat there due to the frustration of having to commute there and get rejected.

Hidden gem here. A wide ranging menu from empanadas to a New York Strip to mac and cheese to branzino! That’s the regular menu. The brunch menu is even more extensive and creative. Service was A+. The gentleman behind the bar was very informative. There is a backyard here with a patio. The food ranges from Latin American cuisine to Italian classics to modern American dishes. Impressed. I got the Calabria pizza which consisted of burrata cheese, sopressata, and jalapeño. Really good. A good list of cocktails as well. Will definitely be back if I’m in the area. That’s the one thing, it’s kinda out of the way. Other than that, it’s a wonderful restaurant.

Great little hole in the wall. Throw back to the old days with really good food. Prices not bad either. Totally suggest the nachos

If i could give Zona Sur more than 5 stars I would. The place is small + cozy but the food, the food is beyond DELICIOUS! Ordered the margarita pizza, which is really like a flatbread. The taste was no basic, the taste was elevated! Also ordered the Zona Sur Burger, it was beyond juicy! Flavors i have never tasted before. I didn’t want my food to end. Finally, the drinks. The mojito was just as tasty as the food. Highly recommend. Will be returning to this spot.

Came here for brunch with three other friends. Did not disappoint! We got: nutella crepes, eggs benedict, steak sammy, and gaucho steak. The bloody marys were excellent according to my hubby.

If you are looking for a good place for brunch, look no further! Very friendly staff and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend!
