Very nice people to work with, and we also received a gift basket once the job was completed. Unfortunately, we had the roof leak twice. The first time they did not have enough material to finish the job. They assured us there wouldn’t be a problem, as rain was in the forecast. We had to call them a couple of days later, when rain water started pouring in through the gap they left around a roof vent pipe. My husband went on the roof to tarp it until they arrived. Once the roof was completed, we needed to call them again when water started streaming in around the stove ceiling exhaust. Both these problems were probably avoidable. Today we are caulking the inside of the skylights they installed.

We bought a house knowing the roof was old/needing future replacement. Our insurance company dropped us & demanded immediate replacement. We called Zooks and Reuben called me back immediately. He came out for a free estimate and I could tell he was a man of his word. We placed a deposit and scheduled the work.
Reuben’s brother John showed up with a crew and they were done/cleaned-up in 6 hours! They replaced our roof with a textured bronze color, replaced our skylights, and repaired a soft spot on the porch before installing the new roof.
Everyone was pleasant, paid attention to detail, and you can definitely trust them!
Then, Reuben returned to ensure our satisfaction & gave us a gift basket!
