This is a wonderful clean and the customer service is number one. The ladies I have met here working are happy and glad to help.

The manager at the Henrietta location always goes above and beyond. She is always knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about customers. The salon is always super clean including the bathrooms. The manager always makes sure to let the customers know of any deals and promotions going on to give us the best deal! The other girls at the salon are amazing as well. I highly recommend Zoomtan! Fair prices and decent hours! I’ve tanned at many Zoomtan’s and the Henrietta location is my favorite salon!

I love this place. They always smile and greet me. I have over 1200 employees and wish all of my team members were this nice. Always smiling and making feel like I care.

Love all the workers here and the place is always clean and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I feel totally comfortable here and will continue going here. I've been coming for a year. Always worried when you start a new place how it's gunna go but this place made me feel comfortable and they know my name every time I come. I've had a ton of friends come here on my recommendation and they have and love it too

At the Zoom Tan in Henrietta all the staff is so friendly they always have a smile on their faces. Clean rooms and very professional

I live in Henrietta and I drive all the way to the gates location very frequently just because the employees are so rude here! The girl who worked this morning is an example! Very rude! Has an attitude! Not friendly at all! The girls at the gates location are always the total opposite! Very sweet all the time! It’s pretty pathetic I drive 20 mins to another location when the Henrietta location is literally 2 mins from me

Eh it’s ok, the staff is nice but the stand ups get very hot and the machines seem rinky dink like they are about to break. Not relaxing in the least bit I can say that much. Good price though and friendly staff. I wish they had lay downs

Went to Hylan Drive Zoom Tan and got the worst possible service ever! The girl was not friendly and extremely unprofessional. My daughter wanted a spray tan. They require a license.she doesn't have one yet so we were denied service. The girl told me it is the law. It is not a law for spray tanning. I took my daughter to a privately owned establishment and received excellent service and my daughter didn't even need my consent.because ANYONE can get a spray tan. No laws or regulations regarding spray tan! Zoom tan lost a good customer. They should educate their employees or change their bogus requirements.
