I recently started a new membership and was assisted by Danielle at the Saratoga Zoom tan. She was very helpful in completing my membership and able to answer my questions to get the best deal for my money and sold me several products to use. I have been in several times since then, it's always clean, staff is friendly and attentive and I have seen several times the girls giving reminders to keep distance between yourself and others on the spots marked. I would recommend the Saratoga Zoom to anyone in and around the Saratoga region looking to tan.

Love this place! I’ve tanned at many places over the years, and I just say Zoom Tan is the best deal! The prices are great, and you get tan quick! I’m so happy I tried Zoom Tan! I drive 35 mins to get there, but it’s worth it! Your company should open a store in the Queensbury/Glens Falls area, I know you would do great business that way!

The place is always clean and the staff are super friendly. Danielle and Tallie always greet you with a smile! Prices are very reasonable and specials are always being ran. Easy to pay for additional a goods or services with just a scan of your finger since it’s linked to your credit card on file. Booths are always in good working order and disinfected thoroughly between customers. A definite must go if you are a person who tans!

I love coming here! It’s a 12min vacation to paradise! I decided to try out the spray tanning recently. I’ve sprayed before, but it was years ago, but the girl working told me that spray tanning has changed a lot & it looks more natural now, I ended up doing a level 2 bronze with ultrapro. It really did smell better & looked natural! I love my regular UV tan, but I’ll definitely do spray tanning more often now!

I’ve been going here for years and it’s been ok at best, but lord whatever they are doing with their spray tan they need to change.

I lay the extra $5 for pro every single time and in the beginning it was a visible difference, it smelled so much better, not sticky dried even. But the last 2 times I’ve gone I am 100% certain that tho I am paying for “pro” I am absolutely not getting it. The tan smells terrible almost instantly only getting worse with time. I did a level one last night hoping for a little glow in the dead of winter and I’m straight orange. My husband looked at me and said, is it supposed to look like that?

I feel like they are just putting in whatever is easy and cheap into their machines and still charging premium. I really don’t suggest this place for spray tans. Pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Customer service is awful. They charge your account without your knowledge only to find out months later you owe a balance and you have no other option but to pay the balance if you want to cancel the membership. I was not told of this policy during sign up, to which the customer service agent told me it’s not covered during signup because there’s not enough time.

Have never had this sort of problem with other tanning salons or faced customer service that was so abrasive.

To say this organization is complete joke is a understatement. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A CREDIT CARD YOU WILL TRULY REGRET IT.

Unprofessional staff. The last time I went there a different male was very helpful - Today's staff was totally unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.

The staff is great.however since zoom tan took over the malta location closed which is a huge disappointment and now not only is the salon smaller, there’s always a wait and they open later and close earlier.not a good change.

Always waiting for a booth. Why not get more rooms. Thinking of canceling and going to planet fitness.

Just got a membership & the two girls who checked me in so far were talkative, friendly, professional and not at all like the snooty girls you normally experience at other tanning salons which makes you feel more welcome. Also, just in my two trips I'm already noticing a tan when I usually take forever to tan! I personally like their booths much better than when I use to tan through total tan. Keep it up!

I’ve had to wait for 20 minutes in line with many othe costumers just to get a simple tan. SOME of the girl workers will talk to the costumers as long as they want while seeing that there are plenty of other people in line and won’t even care.

I miss the beds I cannot tell a lie but overall it's clean and quick and the bulbs are nice and hot

Love the place BUT website says they open at 7 a.m. And here I stand outside at 7: 45 and nobody is here. Bummer.

As an older female who has not tanned in several years, I found the younger staff to be more than merely courteous. Instead, they are extremely helpful, knowledgeable about their products, and more importantly, will call company HQ if they aren't sure of an answer that is asked by a customer. Really great gals and services. Go girls (and for sure, Brad)!

So impressed with the personable, friendly & honest staff! The new booths are super clean & very effective. I already have a tan line after 1 visit that would have taken much longer to achieve in total tans outdated beds. The new monthly membership packages are very reasonably priced & so worth standing up for 12 minutes! So happy I stopped in today.
