Don’t know why my review was taken down. Got an oatmeal and green tea. $13? Seriously? The oatmeal was more like a cream of mushroom consistency. Coulda drank it. That was the 2nd time I’d gotten food from there. 1st time was an egg white omelette that they charged me $27 for and wasn’t all that great. Perkins has a better tasting omelette. Stay away if you don’t want to mortgage the house to eat. Quality DEFINITELY not worth the price.

Fan of the chain, but this specific location leaves a lot to be desired. Inconsistent service, missing items in pickup orders. Sad because their fish is good, but you can do better in this neighborhood.

Latke was frozen and cheese was not melted. Bagel was also stale, however it was lunchtime.

I eat here almost every morning and order the exact same thing today when i got to work i went to eat and noticed my egg was running clear raw egg white i called and they sent me a new one which was then cold, cheese not melted, and my egg was over cooked i asked for Sunnyside up egg i then went to return both bagels and management told me that the sunny side up egg is like that raw and that she popped my other egg and over cooked it so i wont complain

Usually no one in the store which is nice. Ironic part about that is they have terrible execution on the sandwiches they have there, not to mention they continually mess up my order. Why spend $10+ on a sandwich that is so below average when you could get the same result at any coffee card in NYC. My last experience at Zucker’s.

Bagels are hard like a rock. For the prices we pay for these bagels, workers need to learn how to add more cream cheese to a bagel.

Very large bagels make very large sandwiches. They are near 6" diameter and quite thick with generous toppings. We had the Zucker Classic on poppy seed and BEC on sesame. Either were enough for two people. Great service and good coffee.

I have been to this location over 50 times in my time working in midtown, I feel compelled to share my thoughts to tourists and fellow New Yorkers. Staff is generally nice, but the wait / prices are simple not worth the headache. Honestly, it's like a 50/50 toss up that the wait is longer than it should be or the order will be wrong (sometimes completely) or after you have completed your transaction coming back and telling you a key item in your order is not available (in my instance, they ran out of cinnamon raisin bagels and another time sausage). For a $13 dollar egg sandwich with a coffee, there are tons of other places I would stop in.

An old school bagel shop that serves lunch sandwitches. Lots of Bagel and Bread options. Their pastrami and corned beef are really good. Their Reuben and Smoked Salmon are favorites.

Bagel sandwiches were just alright; bagels were not toasted/warm and the eggs were slightly over cooked. Sandwich felt dry to eat overall.

My go to place before heading to work. Great atmosphere, and customer service. Depending who's there, a generous amount of cream cheese on my bagel would be nice touch. I believe that what makes a great bagel shop.

The gluten free bagel is essentially gluten free bread in the shape of a bagel. The amount of addons they put (cucumbers, etc) is literally the minimal amount. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Very expensive, $15 for bagel with fish and cream cheese.the man gave me alot of fish but maybe give me half as much fish for $12? The Bagel was also pretty thin.

This bagels are amazing and the atmosphere inside is warm and inviting! There are a lot of places to get a bagel in the city, but this is the one to go to if you’re in the area!

This place is incredible. Staff is so friendly and excellent and the bagels and toppings are next levellll. I got the salmon salad on a poppyseed bagel with cucumbers lettuce and tomato and Mayo. Chefs kiss. We also got the blueberry cream cheese on a plain bagel and the blueberries in the cream cheese were so fresh they had to of made it today will definitely be coming again and reccomending to everyone. Also got the fresh squeezed oj everything was so on point <3

Deserves its reputation as amongst the best bagels in NYC. Great range of bagels and fillings with good coffee. Dropped star is for the prices!

I asked for a lightly toasted Onion Bagel and it was burnt.
Tofu Salmon spread was very thin barely tasted anything except the burnt bagel.

This was $5.what a waste. I should have just gone to McD and I would have enjoyed the sausage egg mcmuffin!
