Employees don't know how to grip the skateboard! And some Employees will stand there and not ask if you need help.

Took my son to zumiez nov 4 2022 for the danny duncaneet and greet. What a great place, awesome people. Couldnt have asked for a better time. Thank you to all the staff there that night yall made my sons entire life.

Accused me of shoplifting after I repeatedly told them I put the item I had back. The worker literally followed me out of the store. Totally unnecessary.

The customer service was some of the best that I had in a while. The where to answer any questions that I might of had and I was able to find all that I was looking for and more.

It was chill. I was helped right away with a pair of kicks I wanted. One minor mistake that could’ve been a major mistake. 7/6/22 6pm-7pm I was next waiting in line for the cashier to ring up the customer in front of me. Manager had helped another customer with a lot of product and brought up the items to ring next. Being that I was surely next I placed my item first. They politely rang me up and I thanked the customer and said NOW you’re next. The manager saw a deal and didn’t want to let it go. I could’ve been corporate. I could have flocks of people come in just to this store. I don’t think I want to do that now. Thank you to the girl on the ladder that helped me, she was sweet.

Love it here! May was nice, sweet, and personal.helped me with skate and super knowledgeable! Great employee, excited to shop here again!

Great music. Helpful staff. They're fun to chat with. Prices vary, cab find some low priced gems, can find some high priced gems. It's worth a visit, as long as you're OK with a loud soundtrack.
