I was here today for a MRI. Everybody was friendly, knowledgably, and professional. I was in and out quickly, and overall very pleased with my experience.

Of special note, the tech that did the MRI took the time to make sure I got into comfortable position for the the exam. As someone dealing with spinal issues, this kind of thing meant a lot to me.

The employees at this location are undeniably negligent due to the fact that they failed to submit the necessary paperwork, that was provided to them, to receive coverage. If you like getting the run around and your time wasted I would highly recommend this location.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I should have read reviews beforehand. DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to have my throat checked, gave them my insurance card, everything they asked and needed. A week later I got a bill stating it’s for the services (which should have been covered by insurance, yes my insurance would have covered it) someone didn’t submit the paperwork properly. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. They have given me a constant run around and several different people to call, now seeing the other reviews. I should have checked first. I am not the first person they have done this with. Their team is filled with incompetent people, who obviously don’t know how to do their jobs. I will never go back here.

Friendly staff for the most part, not to modern looking but efficient

This office is going downhill very fast.
Been coming here since 2011-2012, for whatever reason I always got the report/images within a day or 2, or at least on time for my doctors appointment.
Last week (Tues) I had a ct scan and was told a day or 2, it’s now day 6, dr appointment is at 10am, and I was just informed the scan wasn’t even read yet!
What’s the point in having a scan done a week before my appointment if it’s going to take just as long if not longer to be read and posted on the portal? Do I have to come in a month or 2 before an appointment? Yo
This is the 2nd time in 6mo that I’ve had to call and chase down my report.
Are all the ZP offices this slow?
I don’t know what the problem is but I think ZP needs to step up and get more people to read reports in a timely fashion. God forbid it’s a serious health issue and time is of the essence but that’s ok, what the patients don’t know…
Please do something to speed up the reading process and posting process.
Just found my last review, 5mo ago, same kind of scan for same dr. Again, this is my lungs, I think that’s a body part that should be priority over a broken bone.
