Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology, Smithtown NY

I have been going to the Smithtown Maple Ave location for at least 15 years. The facility is always spotless and well organized. The staff is very attentive and polite. Appointments are always on time with minimal waiting. Highly recommend.

This place is so dirty. The bathroom is filthy. They didnt take temperture when i arrived.and the girls are walking outside in there disposable gowns.what a disgrace

Everyone was so lovely! Witnessed 2 male techs assisting an elderly woman when I was just walking in. They were so kind & caring. Reception was great and fun! My techs were very good, made me feel very comfortable & quick! I was in & out with mammo & sono in 1/2 hour! Unheard of! Thank you!

Terrible attitude at the front desk. They cancel appointments without calling and were rude when I arrived.

This location was amazing! I was in & out of this place in 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Billing scam make sure to get clarification from your insurance company before letting them proceed!

This office is INCREDIBLE and when I say incredible I really mean INCREDIBLE. My doctors office, thanks to the lazy terrible front office screwed me and never sent my script. Zwanger Pesiri spent 2 hours making phone calls to make it happen to get me my MRI. They didn't have to go that far for me and they did. I can't thank them enough they were like a guardian angel to me being I'm in excruciating pain. I will never go anywhere else for an MRI.

Just had an MRI today. Amanda at the desk is so organized and sweet. Then comes the hard part, UGH the machine. I am very claustrophobic, but the tech Rich, talked me thru the whole test. Rich you are very patient and I appreciate that. Thank you both for making this a great experience.

Zwanger & Persi is the best thing that has been invited the services is quick and professional when I go there I feel the integrity values and morals something you don't find at other companies they are the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else keep up the great work

They don't read Ct Scans on the weekends. Therefore, you wait for your report until they decide to read it on Monday or Tuesday

Went for MRI dizzy condition when lying flat. Waited an additional hour for them to say I had to lay flat. Never again.
