17 I received a call from Michael the very day my oxygen was ordered. He brought all the equipment and was very thorough with instructions and had me demonstrate back how everything worked. Michael was very kind and made me feel very comfortable as this was a new diagnosis and need for me.

Always great service! One of the last times we will be using them. My daughter got a lung transplant and will not being needing Oxygen or supplies or bipap. Been using them for 5 years. Finally, can say good bye and a happy way.

My stepdad was in hospice care for several months before being place in long term care. He had a hoyer lift that our family bought for his home. This company came to pick up his hospital bed and oxygen. My sister met them at the house and the driver told her that the hoyer was the companies also and took it with him. It did take us a month to realize it was gone because no one was in the home. As soon as my mom went home and realized it was gone I called and spoke to Bryan. He was supposed to call me back and locate out lift. Several days went by and I called back today to find out where the lift was. At that point I had to leave a message with a secretary for him to call me back. Several hours later a man called me and said he was taking a NEW lift to my moms home since ours was placed in a home. The lift we received is not the same brand and is a cheaper lift than what we had. Shame on you for trying to get over on people and for the manager or regional manager not returning my call.

Arielle was wonderful in helping me find the best solution to some issues I was having with my mask. She was so knowledgeable and professional regarding the supplies available. She was able to find a good solution for me and I left 100% satisfied and confident things were going to be better!
I was instructed by my doctor to switch from a CPAP to a BPAP machine. I used Aerocare for both. The respiratory therapist I work with there, Nicole, knows the machines and the various forms of sleep therapy very well. She and any other help I need from Aerocare is easily available and all at a reasonable cost.
I am from Silver Spring, Maryland, in North Carolina visting my son & his family for the Christmas holiday. I realized last night I forgot one of my cpap hoses for my cpap machine. I moved from Houston to Chapel Hill, NC and switched my business to AeroCare Raleigh. They are incredibly friendly and professional. I've had to change equipment from Cpap to BiPap with oxygen and spent 2 hours with them getting fully educated with the new equipment. I'm very happy with them.
