We’ve bought several pieces of jewelry and other things and have always been pleased with the customer service and their prices are great too! Will continue to be a customer and tell others about them!

Walked into the jewelry side to look at necklaces. The two women who work there were at the register with a customer. After a few mins I get told " we will be with you people and then she mumbled something and turned away. Very unprofessional. I just walked out with my son and husband.

Alan's Pawn has always been a shop that you can count on to find what you are looking for. Alan, his family, and every staff member that I have dealt with has been informative and/or helpful. I now live in TN but called Alan's yesterday to see about bringing a gold chain over for fixing. They seem to be the only jeweler that has the capability/time to fix certain pieces while you wait.
Carrie - who, I believe is a SuperWoman, assisted me, took the chain and was back in, what seemed to be, 2-3 (?) minutes with a chain that was no longer broken! I was so surprised.
Carrie, and Alan's, THANK YOU! I will be back. I saw a very pretty pair of gold earrings that seem to have called my name!

I understand it’s a pawn shop and stuff is used and pawned…. But selling stuff that breaks down within a month is ridiculous now I don’t have a computer and this is the second one that has broke within a month. $100+ dollars down the drain.

Had the worst experience EVER at the Patton location today for the first time ever. Was on a deadline for a bill, so my family and I drove there twice due to leaving some things out I was trying to pawn. No biggie. I get there, walk in, was welcomed by two female employees behind the counter. One of which was a female manager who “assisted” me, the other a coworker who had helped me the prior visit but unfortunately was busy. The manager began unpacking my belongings (gaming console). While turning it on, she begins to tell me she’s not getting a response from the TV she’s using, so I politely ask if she’s using a HDMI cable. The MANAGER proceeds to SNAP and tell me “She knows what she’s doing! That she’s been doing this for 8 years! ”. And her coworker and my family just look around at each other in shock. Okay, so I let it go, and let her proceed. Then, she seemed to have gotten more irritated because the controller needed synced with the console. Again, no biggie, I brought the cord which plugs in to do that. Wasn’t good enough, she explains, “your going to have to bring this back, we don’t charge controllers, it’s company policy. ” which is understandable if it had needed charged, but no point in being rude about it. Especially after knowing I had to make two trips there already while also being on a deadline. I didn’t even want to “insult” her intelligence by telling her that the controller just needed synced, since we had a 6 year old with us who was already scared of her snappy remarks. She then proceeds to unhook and give me things back quickly before sending me on my way. All the while her coworker (who was very nice and polite both visits) is apologizing for her mangers behavior. So no deadline was getting met on my end thanks to her. I didn’t even feel like coming back or giving my items over if this is how their manager treats CUSTOMERS and being totally unprofessional. Def not worth being treated like that and will forever remember this encounter.

I’ve been going to Alan’s Pawn since 2011. I especially like the Tunnel Rd location over the one on Patton. If it wasn’t for Sean’s great customer service at the Tunnel Rd store, I wouldn’t even bother with Alan’s Pawn. I’ve known Sean for about 8 years now.
Sean, John, Trevor, and Manager Nick treat me like family and I remember things like that to always maintain my business with them. The people at the Patton store are terrible at customer service and don’t even bother to get to know their customers. They have no personality and are more like company robots! If you want great service people, then go to the Tunnel Rd store over the Patton store.
By the way, the five stars is for ONLY the Tunnel Rd location and NOT for Alan’s Pawn as a whole or the other locations!

Had a wonderful time at this shop. They had a great variety of instruments, knives, and firearms. I enjoyed their selection of toys as well, and even purchased a vintage belt buckle. An employee named Kaylee was extremely helpful and talkative, making my experience great.

Emily was very Friendly, Helpful, and Knowledgeable! She and Management helped me get exactly what I was looking for! For 13 years now, I have bought all my Family's jewelry at Alan's Jewelry & Pawn where you can expect friendly, knowledgeable service with a high quality product at a very reasonable price!

I highly recommend going to see Tonia! We had great customer service, she was very patient and helped us pick out an amazing ring for my Anniversary present! We love shopping here. Donnie is the best associate. She is helpful and so informative. My husband and I are knowledgeable about guns but her expertise is unmatched. She paired both of us with the perfect guns. Go to Alan's and ask for her!
