While on vacation the staff at Apria in Wilmington helped me exchange oxygen tanks. We worked through COVID restrictions and made my time away from home less stressful. Thanks to both Elliot and Ethan! Have used Apria for years and they have always made it work!

So far I’ve been helped with respect and care, they even answered their phone before opening hours waiting for a walker and was told someone would call me back and let me know if they’ve received the fax / scrip from my doctor yet and I only called doctors office yesterday
