The sales and design staff worked together to help me purchase a beautiful diamond and add it to a piece of estate jewelry. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, extremely friendly and made the process very easy.

I walked in, was immediately greeted, told the lovely sales associate who greeted me exactly what I wanted, and was walked right over to exactly what I needed! I bought two pairs of earrings and the process couldn't have been easier! All of the associates were friendly and attentive, and they even neatly gift wrapped everything for me! The icing on the cake was that I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! It was a lovely experience, and I'll definitely be going back!

Baileys is hands down the best place to buy an engagement ring in Raleigh. I worked with Amra, she was the best. She showed me tons of different options, and let me stay and come back as long as I needed. Everyone you speak to gives you an honest opinion and there is no pressure to buy when you’re there. Ring was beautiful, awesome prices, great people.

My mother accidently dropped her grandmother's opal ring and cracked one of the three opal stones and the prongs got damaged as well. My mom was so devestated and thought that she'd never be able to get it repaired or be able to match the opals. Several years later my dad asked me to look into getting it fixed as a gift to. The first place i went to said it was extremely risky because of the setting and how soft all the other stones in the setting were. They wouldnt do it and wouldnt give me a quote for it. I was very disappointed, but someone suggested Bailey's too me. The Bailey's jeweler looked at the ring and knew exactly how to fix it and knew how to handle the soft stones etc. A week later i was able to pick up the completed ring, the new opal was matched beautifully and the prongs were built up to have it securely held. When my dad gave it to my mom she was shocked and bust into tears saying "I thought i would never be able to wear this ring again. " Thank you Bailey's for the excellent work and taking such good care of our family heirloom.

We were greeted immediately by the nicest, happiest sales girls. We asked to have our wedding rings cleaned and buffed out. They were so great and said of course! We ere celebrating 15 years next week. My husband proposed to me at Baileys in Cameron Village I'm 2002. We feel like family. I love my rings from Baileys! Gorgeous!
