We love shopping at Bailey's at Cameron Village. Since our first visit, several years ago, we work with Kitty. She has always been extremely helpful. She has learned our likes and keeps us informed of new items that may interest us. She maintains a list of items we have identified for future purchase. I regularly shop at Baileys and always get wonderful service - especially from Terri Wolfe in the giftware section but I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jamey who made my repair / watch battery ticket a breeze! Baileys is the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Bailey's. Their shop in Cameron Village was the first place my husband and I stopped to look at engagement rings and we immediately felt welcomed. We were never rushed, pressured, or ignored; even though we didn't buy my ring on that first trip (in fact, we waited a year after finding it to buy it), we were made to feel right at home and were given hours of undivided attention. Ms. Nancy made the ring buying experience so stress-free and fun (as it should be!). I thought I knew exactly what kind of ring I wanted, but every one that I tried on that fit my description just didn't feel right. Ms. Nancy was so kind, patient, and sweet, guiding me through dozens of rings before encouraging me to try on something a little different - it was the one. I'm convinced she's magic.

Even though my husband and I browsed at other jewelry stores after Bailey's, we knew we didn't want to buy my ring from anywhere else. Aside from having beautiful, unique, high quality pieces, our customer service experience at Bailey's was hands down the best. In addition to my engagement ring, we bought our wedding bands as well as a few special occasion gifts there, and have gone in for multiple (complimentary) ring cleanings. Everyone is never anything but friendly and accommodating. While making decor for our wedding, I accidentally spray painted part of my ring gold. It covered the white gold band and part of the diamond halo. I freaked out and called Bailey's in a complete panic, but they reassured me it wasn't a big deal at all and that it could easily be fixed with a simple re-dipping, and they were able to do it the next day. Even now, four years since we first found my engagement ring, we still stop by the store, usually not to shop, but just to say hi to Ms. Nancy. She's become like family, and my husband and I feel very lucky to have found her, and Bailey's.

PS - they have warm cookies (and beer and wine) to enjoy while you shop, which is by no means the main reason to buy your jewelry there, but is definitely an added bonus to all of the great things they already provide to their customers.

Kitty helped find the perfect watch winder for my husbands birthday and it arrived in just a few days. It was waiting, gift wrapped for me to pick up! He loves it! Kitty makes it simple to shop here. I love the variety of jewelry designers and the houseware/gift selection! Plus it is so convenient to park in front and walk right in.

Working with Nancy and Eric to design the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé was an absolute wonderful process from beginning to end. The customer service I experienced was second to none. Nancy was prepared to do whatever it took to ensure that the custom ring was in my hand prior to leaving on our European vacation. Eric did an amazing job of crafting the most beautiful ring from nothing but pictures that I provided. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish and made me feel completely comfortable with the custom ring making process. Once we visited the store after our engagement, the entire team took time out of their day to make sure that we were completely happy with the ring and made my fiancé feel like royalty. I took my pearls to Bailey’s to have the loose clasp replaced. I wanted to dress up the strand with something pretty. After being greeted by many members of Bailey’s wonderful staff, Brenda Martin ended up working with me. She spent a great deal of time with me, telling and showing me many ideas that would or wouldn’t work with my necklace. She showed me several lovely pieces which could be converted to a clasp, taking the time to lay the different pieces over my pearls, and even taking pictures! I decided on a beautiful vintage amethyst pin. Brenda then introduced me to Mark, the head designer. Mark drew a sketch showing how he would change the pin into a clasp. When the pearls and new clasp were ready, I was excited to see the necklace and try it on! It was gorgeous! I modeled it all over the store, welcoming all compliments. I can’t thank Brenda enough for helping me with this major decision. And thanks to everyone at Bailey’s who helped behind the scenes. I have been a Bailey’s customer, before and I will be one again!
