Ballantyne Jewelers is by far my favorite jewelry store. I know many of the staff. Sami, the owner is an amazing person and we spend some time drinking coffee when I visit. I always think of this store and it’s staff with joy.

Absolutely amazing service from an wonderful family business. I brought an heirloom diamond to be set for an engagement ring. Simon and his family treated me like family and help me find the perfect setting for a stunning engagement right for my fiancé!

Great people and great service. After taking my bracelet to a couple other jewelry stores and being turned away due to the jewelers not wanting to work on 18k gold I decided to try Ballantyne Jewelers! They looked at my bracelet and said “No Problem” and had it back to me in 24 hours. Will make this place my go to jewelry store for repair, cleaning and purchases for the foreseeable future.
