I absolutely love my anniversary ring and will be proud to wear it for many years to come. Good quality, reasonable price, and excellent service.

Everyone at Browlee is so helpful. My dad and I came in to find a special gift for my mother’s birthday and Estefany too the initiative to help us find the best necklace. They didn’t have all the gems in stock and their store so she called around to see who had it and had it for us the next day. I’m so happy that she was able to make this gift super special, I’m sure my mother will love it when she opens it tomorrow.

My husband and I came to purchase a Pandora bracelet and charms. After several minutes of browsing, we left the store after not being acknowledged.

Brownlee Jewelers at Park Road Shopping Center has been my go to Jewelry Store for decades. They gave my family more money for my mother’s estate jewelry than anyone else in town.
They are courteous, friendly and professional. I tried to see what other stores would offer and no one came close. Very ethical and trustworthy.

I went to sell Estate Jewelry as an executor of my family member. Brownlee’s paid me more than anyone else in the Charlotte or Raleigh Area.
Brownlee’s has been my go to Jeweler since 1974. Do yourself a huge favor and shop Brownlee’s. All the staff is extremely friendly and courteous.

They wanted to give me 75 dollars for a 600 dollar necklace and cross pendant retail. Hahaha no thanks!

L walked and 15 minutes before closing time to get an appraisal on some gold and They tell me I would have to come back the Next day. Then asked to look at a necklace and told me I would have to come back the next day as well even though the closing time is 7 o'clock. Other than that they have great service just try to get there early.

The ROC Doc is always professional and kind to me every time I stop by. I only buy and get jewelery fixed from him. Period.

Service was mediocre at best. Didn't seem like their employees moved around with any sort of urgency.

A jeweler where the employees don't know what "kidney wires" (a type of pierced earring) are? ! I'm not impressed.

Best jeweler in Charlotte! They have incredible customer service, great pricing, and beautiful jewelry. They take care of their clients and treat them like people and not just a sale. I visited Diamonds Direct and felt like I was just another sale they were trying to close. Thankfully I decided on Brownlee and couldn't be happier!

Harold, the owner, purchased a family ring from me. Harold was fair and honest in his offer. He was pleasant and friendly. I liked him. It's fair to say we do business with folks we trust and like.

The only thing my Sales Person was concerned about was the sale. Not a very good Client Experience for me.will not shop there again.
