I came across CMI Jewelry today as I had some jewelry that I needed appraised/repaired and was met at the store by Allen Little. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and pleasant. CMI is my new "go to" shop for any jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

23 years now living in Raleigh and still purchasing Jewelry from CMI. I can truly say I’ve had the best experience with Tim and his amazing Staff at all three CMI Jewelry Stores. I’m a very picky lady and I already know what I’m looking for once I enter the showcase. I’ve never felt any pressure from the Staff to just settle for something.

Several weeks ago I had an adjustments made on my Golf charm and since added another charm and more to be added. My rings were cleaned while I waited and they looked new when Allen gave them back to me. My Golf charm looked entirely different, it matched my chain and other charms. Awesome!

I later returned with my chain and charms to be repaired. Allen looked at the hoop, said what would be done and that it would take a couple of days. The feeling of not wearing my charms was a disconnect to me. I got a call several days later from Allen my chain, hoop and charms were ready. The Staff and Allen were all smiles and very courteous when I arrive. I was happy to get my chain and charms back. Thank you Tim and your amazing Staff at CMI. I give you a 5 Star plus.

My chain had broken with my skull pendant and I was in search of jewelry repair. My search led me to CMI Jewelry and I couldn’t have been happier. When I called, a young lady answered and confirmed that they indeed did jewlry repair.very nice. When I arrived, I met Mr Allen Little. I must say he is awesome. He took very good care of me and called a couple of days later saying my chain was ready. When I went to pick it up, I was thoroughly impressed! My chain and charms looked brand spanking new! Joy! I stayed and chit chatted with Allen for a little while before leaving. Me and my Skully left very happy indeed! I would give CMI Jewelry 10 stars if I could! I am a very very satisfied customer! BRAVO!

The person who helped me today was great - I'm sorry I already forgot his name! D: He was a superstar, walking me through the things I brought in, and I really appreciate his time and expertise. I came in knowing next to nothing about what I had, and I left having learned a lot and having had a pleasant time doing so.

Just, uh.maybe don't schedule your appraisal with Tim. That's what I did - having been told to schedule with him in particular - and he wasn't even there for it! He personally spoke to me on the phone and scheduled this appointment himself, so there's no middleman who could've lost the information. He was practically impossible to reach by phone, so I wasn't really surprised he didn't show up. But like I said, I was well taken care of and I had a nice time. I'm not mad at all, I just hope Tim is okay.

One stop shop

This place is wonderful. My husband and I visited several chain stores in search of my wedding ring. He wanted his mothers modest stone added to a band of my desire. I know I looked at over 1000 rings and felt like the only thing I could do was settle. The other stores would not consider placing his mothers stone into their bands thus we believed all hope was lost. That was until 4 months before the wedding a friend insisted that we go by CMI. I saw a very antique looking band that had designs and it was everything I had been dreaming of but could not put into words. My husband asked his dreaded question. Can you place another stone into the band and the Jeweler looked him and said Absolutely! The look of joy and tears in my husbands face. I knew we had found the right place. They sized my finger and sent it to the jewelry maker in Chicago. 6 weeks later my ring was made for me.not taken out of a shelf or tried on by anyone else it was made for me. I had not seen his mother stone so when CMI called to say the ring was ready the agent told my husband to cover my eyes. They slid the ring over my hand to ensure the fit and the first time I saw it was on our wedding day. CMI is amazing they created the wedding ring of both my husband and I's dream. Thank you CMI. I am sorry it took us so long to post our gratitude. We love you guys

Went here to purchase an engagement ring for my now-fiancée. Spoke with Keith about a ring, gave him my specifications and personal preferences. He gave me a great estimate in relatively short time, and got the ring created in very short time. My fiancée loves the ring, we will be back in the future.

After 20 years it was so good to walk back into CMI and Allen is still there! He sold my husband and I our engagement rings years ago and they’ve held up beautifully! We’re back for the anniversary ring and Allen is still amazing!

I designed a ring for my wife over 2 years ago. One of the diamonds on the halo fell out and I brought the ring back to CMI, got it fixed, polished, and returned to me in a matter of half an hour free of charge! This team does great work and takes amazing care of their customers, so good as a matter of fact that it doesn’t feel like a business transaction at all. Check them out!

THE standard of jewelry retail excellence in the Triangle! I deal with Kim, but any of the staff will gladly serve you well with their expertise. One comment in response to a negative review about poor service near closing. The reviewer probably doesn't work in retail, but I do. Understand that in this profession we've chosen, the hours are long and hard, and customers, at times, can be exceedingly difficult, to say the least. When closing time approaches, we're ready to go home to our families! Business hours are easily accessed; be considerate enough to allow sufficient time to conclude your business well before the time the business closes. Don't expect world class service when you inconsiderately arrive shortly before a business' closing time! This should be an obvious point to anyone with any sense at all.

I cannot thank Keith enough for helping design my engagement ring that my fiance gave to me. My fiance, John F, had bought the original ring from somewhere else, but wasn't satisfied with the stones in the middle. John told Keith the type of stones he wanted, the clarity, the cut, and the price. Keith definitely made sure it happened. The ring more beautiful than ever and I could not be happier. I'll be stopping by soon to pick out his wedding band, so expect me to be there, Keith!

It was a wonderful experience! My fiance and I are from Fuquay Varina and CMI is well worth the drive. Everyone was more than willing to help and allowed me to take my time as I was choosing what I liked without being pushy. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Keith was amazing! He not only repaired my mothers diamond ring and put posts on her diamond earrings so I can now wear them, he also repaired my wedding ring before the stones fell out. I had him take 2 other old diamond rings and he made me 2 beautiful necklace pendants one of a kind! Highly recommend! So glad we went here instead of the mall!

Top Notch Service! Found CMI while searching online for a 'non-mall' jewelry store. SO glad I did! Went in to have a ring resized. Was greeted by Keith immediately and served with utmost care and expertise! I will be taking my other jewelry here for service even though it's covered under the 'mall store' warranty. It's not worth the hassle of poor customer service there. In over 10 years, my experience here was above and beyond any other I've had elsewhere; so I will pay them to service my jewelry from now on. Price and selection is superb! They even threw in a complimentary service for my bridal set. My repairs were estimated to take 2-3 days, but they were ready the next day!

I was able to create the perfect ring at CMI. The entire process of choosing the engagement setting and center diamond was a very memorable experience. Thanks to Keith for creating such a wonderful piece of jewelry for my family.
