I would like to share my amazing, world class experience at Diamonds Direct. I worked with Sylvia to create a stunning engagement ring that my fiancé is absolutely in love with. Sylvia was one of the most genuine, transparent, knowledgeable, and friendly associates I have ever encountered. She was there for me every step of the way and paid attention to every bit of detail when it came to creating the ring, as well as provided her expertise/guidance when it came to diamond selections. Sylvia also introduced me to Rahul who was equally as amazing in the entire process. After having visited other jewelry stores, I am so glad I chose DD due to Sylvia and Rahul - couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My fiancé and I worked with Sara Wortman and she is fantastic. She is very personable and excited for us. This place is normally super busy on Saturdays but they are well prepared and staffed to help with your needs. I was very impressed with Diamonds Direct and continue to be. Stopped in Saturday just to show my Mother my wedding band I picked out and Sara was more than willing to help us out.

Ask for Karoline! She is the absolute best, so knowledgeable and patient! She allowed me to take my time and worked so well with me when I changed my mind multiple times. Karoline even came in on her day off when my jewelry arrived!

I fell in love with Diamonds Direct when I went to have my engagement ring sized. Our consultant, Tessa, went above and beyond to help my then fiancé, now husband, pick out the best ring for me. We had another great experience going to the Summer Designer Showcase last year and picking out our wedding bands.

Today we attended the Summer Designer Showcase again, this time looking for a replacement wedding band for my dad. After looking for a while with Tessa, we finally found one that he liked. Turned out that he had looked at the exact same one on a competitor’s website! The price was lower than what Diamonds Direct had theirs listed. Tessa consulted with her manager, Brian and they matched the price! We were so surprised and extremely grateful!

I had a great experience. They were able to take my 20 year old diamond wedding ring and make it into a beautiful updated ring with smaller diamonds around it. Salesperson was awesome. I will go back whenever I’m in the need for more Jewelry, can’t beat their pricing.

Unfortunately my original wedding band was lost/stolen at a store. It makes me sick it will probably never be recovered. We went in today to find a new wedding band and engagement ring. Liz was wonderful! My husband found a ring he absolutely loved and I fell in love with it. I couldn’t be happier!

Although my husband did not purchase my rings from here I still chose to bring my rings here to get soldered. I could not pass up the same day pick up and the good price of $35. I am very glad I chose Diamonds Direct because the service was great and I couldn’t be more happy with my rings! The service just can’t be beat. We’ve been twice now (first to pick out engagement ring, then for bands) and the experiences couldn’t have been more pleasant. Don’t even bother going anywhere else.
