I had a pleasure working with Lana. She is very responsive to texts/calls, and will answer any questions that you may have with the ring. I have bought engagement ring few months ago, and working with Lana made it easy. It was my first time learning about diamonds, what shape/size/clarity etc and Lana gave great recommendations to fit the budget and as well explained very well all different settings.

Kim is fantastic! She listens to what you want and then comes up with so many different options to choose from. Kim is so very helpful and is so easy to work with. I have recommended her to all my friends and coworkers.

I worked with Asim Baksh at the Diamonds Direct location in SouthPark. Asim was very knowledgeable and created a no pressure atmosphere for us as buyers. He was also responsive to email/phone calls/text throughout the whole process. My fiance and I were very pleased and of course she loves the ring.

I love this place. We have purchased my engagement ring and wedding band along with my husband’s wedding band from Trace. Every time we going to the store we are treated with respect and great customer service. I also think that I may have the prettiest ring I have ever seen! My husband was able to custom design it and it came out absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this store!

We met with Rogena and Lotte and they were amazing! My boyfriend went in on his own and was beyond lost. These lovely ladies were quick to help him out. I went back in with him the next day and they were more than willing to help us out again. Could not have found my dream ring without these ladies!

We bought our wedding rings there 15 years ago. They took such great care of my rings when I brought them in for cleaning and polishing last week. Our rings actually look better now and have thicker, more beautiful, polished platinum than when my husband and I bought them so many years ago. Why would anyone purchase jewelry anywhere else? Great price and service!

Just stay away from this place. I went to go look at upgrading my wedding band and they just kept shoving bands in my finger at such a fast rate. Then the sales lady made a snide comment about my engagement ring being bent. I guess she was exasperated with me not picking out a ring quick enough. We went down the road to Brownlee where they actually took time to make sure I was getting the ring I loved.
