Dove Medical Supply Guilford, Greensboro NC

Needed medical supplies in a hurry after running low while caring for my father, who had just been released from the hospital two days ago. Needless to say, my mother and I were a bit panicked and stressed to find what we needed. I remembered Dove from an experience I had before and drove there first hoping for the same success. When we entered we were greeted and shown to the area that contained the products we needed. Just then, a gentleman asked us what exactly we needed. When I explained my fathers situation he took over and helped us find each and every item we needed. We were so relieved. Thanks for taking a bit of the weight off of our shoulders.

I've never seen price gouging on this level. This place is unreal. I went there recently to get a couple syringes to flush my catheter. I called in so they would bring it to my van, with no contact and right off, he told me that he was at the Madison store, which he wasn't. I had to tell him at least 4 times what I needed. He eventually said that he had offered me a certain product and that I had accepted what he offered. He never offered anything and what he said he offered was not what I needed. If he did offer something, it was to somebody else. They finally figured out what I wanted and brought it out to my van. They tried to charged me more than 3 times what it was suppose to cost. When I told them the problem and said that I would go somewhere else, they mysteriously had discounts they could apply.

Dove has been a life saver during this current environment. Staff is always helpful, kind, patient. If they dont have what I inquired about, they recommend a great alternative. And the curbside pickup is fast and efficient. Thank you!

Kierra, Mike, & Jelissa we’re so helpful with finding the diapers that I needed for after I give birth! I also got a thermometer and some other items as well. Thanks so much to their friendly staff.

Admitting to not using them and debated writing this. But have witnessed their poor business behavior on several occasions as I frequent the shopping mall and the other businesses. Anyone who would physically block a sidewalk and then chase after patrons of other businesses (yes she has chased us yelling if we try to pass). Her hostility belongs somewhere other than a mall that has so many other amazing people keeping it local, friendly and patron oriented

After leaving the Summerfield branch after being unable to obtain the reserved knee scooter we visited this location.

This was a better experience. The woman who helped us was very friendly and helpful and steered us toward purchasing a new knee scooter because it would cost less than renting. That was a great help.

Two days later when I called to make sure the scooter we purchased was ready, whoever took the call was confused and took a few minutes to determine whether the scooter was there. Overall, I would recommend a better system to track items that have been reserved or pre-ordered.

I visit the Greensboro location on Monday to inquire about a knee scooter for my daughter who was just placed in a cast. The sales lady was not knowledgeable about any of the scooters other then price. I did not purchase one however I did also inquire on a rubber cover for her cast so she could still shower. The directions clearly state to measure the thigh area for size. The sales lady was measuring her cast. After me reading directions to her she rolled her eyes so I did it myself. I ended up buying this 40.00 item and I would have bought the scooter however there is Soo much stuff all over the walk area that it's a hazard to even move around. I will not be back there are too many other supply stores that treat you way better then this.

Don”t give up on this store. Went in today, appears to be under new name and management. Very helpful even though they didn’t have what I needed. Good to know staff currently being trained on mastectomy products and they will be a special area opening in store very soon. I will be back to check things out!

The store is under new ownership and now has a poor selection and uninformed sales people. I will no longer shop there.

I needed a certain type of brace. Two employees ignored me, finally this other one semi-helped.

I found what I needed and the 2 ladies working where friendly and helpful.the prices were okay too.

Very friendly staff, but wish I would have been told that my husband's supplies were covered by insurance. It would be helpful if they accepted insurance.

My insurance didn't pay for ostomy products and they have been very courteous and kept a supply of everything I needed so I could pay as I go.

By far the rudest customer service I have every incountered in 30 years. There was nothing to set it off all customers were nice and patient.be careful where you refer patients to go! Near again

Wouldn't help me purchase compression stockings on a Saturday. I have a job so getting to a supply store during the week is very difficult. The person wasn't very friendly about it, either.
