Great speed and had all my CPAP Supplies on hand the ypung ladies up front where super informative and made my process smooth and quick.

Always so nice there. The ladies in the office and on the phone are always so polite and helpful. I can tell they care about their position and why they are there. I highly recommend them. From their call center to the Raleigh office. They have to come out to the lot at times due to covid. Helpful, cordial and always super nice people.

Amani helped me to find exactly the cpap mask I was looking for, kind and patient throughout my rounds of "almost.but"!

Cristen Sigillo epitomizes great, professional customer service. I've been trying help my father-in-law with his CPAP compliance issues. He lives in Raleigh, and I live in Asheville. Cristen has always been extremely positive and patient every time I've spoken on the phone with her and has always promptly returned my emails. I recently made a trip to Raleigh to visit my father-in-law and took his CPAP machine to Cristen to make a setting adjustment. She was very polite and was able to handle our issue even at curbside. I highly recommend Christen and Family Medical Supply!

Set up instructions & mask fitting has resulted in great scores with the app. I have scored 95 & 98 for the 2 nights I’ve had the machine. I was asked at the training if I was excited about getting the Cpap. At the time I was not really excited but with the how well the past 2 nights have gone It is no where as bad as I was scared it would be. Thanks for a great experience.

I was recently in the store for a cpap setup. I have to say I was not looking forward to it. After listening to Cristen show us step by step on how to use it felt confident walking out of there with my new machine. I did have questions on certain things which her assistant, I assume, was able to help me after the class so that was even more helpful. I highly recommend this company! Great job ladies!

We had a weekend emergency with our oxygen concentrator and called the after hours number with trepidation. Neil Foy happened to be on duty, was on the road, and realized that he was relatively near our address. He had a replacement unit with him and was at our home in 15 minutes. He installed and tested the replacement unit and we were back in business before we could fret. Bless Neil and Family Medical!

Timothy Cooper the Respiratory therapist and Jenny on the business side are great. Timothy educated me how to use the CPAP, advised how I can leverage the technology associated with tracking the quality of my sleep and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Jenny has been incredibly patient and helpful. She always greets me (in person and on the phone) with a smile and takes pride in ensuring I am happy with my equipment.

The people here really just don't know what they are doing. The facility has an unprofessional feel like the office is from the 70s and needs a good vacuuming. I will be getting my medical supplies elsewhere from now on.

I picked up knee scooter for my husband and was surprised when the customer service person Karen took the time to show me how the equipment worked, the safety features on it, and how to break it down.
