Courteous pickup and delivery of unneeded equiptment and done in a timely fashion. They arrived within minutes of scheduled time.

I took a class instructing me on how to use my new cpap machine. The instructor Steven was very clear and patient with the three of us in the class. He answered many questions in a manner that I could understand easily. He even helped me use my phone. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. I’m glad this is where I get my cpap supplies.
Everyone was great with keeping me up to date on the order status to John Briggs delivering my nebulizer and attachments.
This company lost my referral request from my doctor and I went weeks in limbo until I finally called in to check the status and they confirmed they had to records of the request yet my doctor was able to provide an e-fax log confirming submission. After I told them I would shop around and probably end up purchasing somewhere else they kept repeatedly calling me and texting me multiple times a day, even after I requested them to stop calling.
Save yourself some $$ and hassle and purchase this same equipment online or at another DME.
I had an emergency and this office was wonderfully supportive. They were amazing! This company deserves high praise for courtesy and expertise.

I picked up a CPAP from Family Medical Supply on Wright Street about a year ago. The CPAP unit is excellent and it solved my sleep apnea problem. However, their corporate office was over billing me for the past three months and I spoke with the corporate office 3 times but to no avail. I went to Family Medical supply on Wright Street and spoke to Jeff. He was patient and professional as I explained the details. He acknowledge the issue and said he would investigate. A few days later he called me and said he resolved the issue. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
I liked being in a small “class”
With two other people for the training session. And it was a very good training session but I just like to add that this CPAP off today is so much more complicated than the one I used 20 years ago that I don’t know if I’ll be able to figure it out or not. But I do feel comfortable asking for help.

Super professional and made the fitting process easy and equipment has worked without a hitch. Following a major MVA and in a lot of pain, I needed the help to be simple and painless, both were achieved!
This place is a joke. Customer services practically non-existent. I was sent the wrong supplies for my C-pap machine and when I returned the items I was told they have no record of it even though I gave them the UPS tracking number. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this company.
The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The RT too time to explain the device and make sure everyone was comfortable using it.
I was in town for my son's wedding when my brother's VAuto Bi-pap, bled in with oxygen, stopped working. We determined that it was a replacement supply issue. Steven and Jess were wonderful when I arrived at their store. They gathered all supplies needed that were compatiable with my brother's brand of equipment.
