Honestly though, I've been to this pawn shop many times now and I get top notch customer service every single time. Lincoln is as good as they come, Carlos and Ana are great too. They also put fair prices on everything and I could usually find a great deal here. Definitely recommend this shop over others in the area.

Messaged my guy Carlos to work out a deal on a 14k Cuban, was able to get the price just right after constant negotiation.

Drove a little over 2 hours from Charlotte this morning to check it out and pick up. Carlos was friendly and even showed me the other 14k items just in (bracelets and pendants). 4 hours round trip is wild for me but I’ll keep an eye on their new stock and look forward to doing business with Carlos again.

This is the best pawn shop in Durham, seriously, dont go down the street to the other national they are quick to offer low numbers instead of looking up your items and offering 30 to 35% as their trade states. The staff at friendly pawn is fair and easy to deal with.
