I came into the store to check on an order for my anniversary which is coming up. Rita Happel and Karoline Sweet were so amazing and helpful with giving me the status of my order. They also helped me to buy a beautiful necklace for my wife. Thank you so much for being two awesome ladies! Laura and Abby were amazing! They took us through the whole diamond experience and explained everything me and my partner needed to know about the history of the piece we picked. Very sweet and welcoming. It was an overall beautiful journey and the diamonds were gorgeous!

Caroline and Patricia and Laura were all very helpful from the time I walked in the store. They all very polite and had very good customer service skills. Ms. Caroline went out of her way to help me and because it took her a little longer to find me in the the system she apologized for any inconvenience and that was so nice because that doesn't happen a lot, so I was very appreciative of that. All of these ladies were very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

After I traveled 2 1/2 hours to the only store closest to my home as the other stores unfortunately close, I was welcomed by two wonderful employees that were eager to offer wonderful customer service. One of my chains broke and they found multiple ways to help me fix the issue and even offered a better deal that would include a Helzberg discount. This allowed for me to get a higher quality chain for my spouse. Thank you ladies for ensuring I received the best possible deal for a very special person in my life. Enjoyed my visit at Helzberg Diamonds store at the Cross creek Mall. If you go ask for these ladies if you need help with anything Patricia Bridges, Laura Jordan, or Rita Happel. They will help you with no problem. My husband brought me these beautiful earrings with the warranty and I damaged one had know problem getting my earrings repaired and not only that when they came in they switched them out for a new pair. Go and do business with these ladies.
