Its infinity's end a fixture in Charlotte since the 70's great shop for all your t-shirt disc golf incense tapestry and smoke needs. The people who work here are so nice and helpful. Feels like on old friend.

Nice selection of fragrances, incense, graphic tees, cool eyewear. A good store to browse and find something interesting.

This is the only place I purchase vape supplies.and I live in Seattle. The staff is friendly and so knowledgeable.never trying to upsell, but genuinely helpful. Price wise, Infinity's End cant be beat! Definitely worth the 3000 mile trip!

Best most amazing store I have ever seen. The staff is amazing. Always nice. The management at the independence location is great too. That blonde guy with the pony tail is always the best help. Definitely go here to buy your things.

This location has exceptional customer service! No matter who you come in contact with, they are more than willing to go over and beyond to help no matter the time length. They take their time with you which makes your experience a comfortable one. The moment you walk in the door they greet you no matter who you are and I love a warm welcome! For the most part of my visit there the employee was very nice to me but I continued to look around and another employee came up to me and took the one item from my hand and said that it would be at the counter as if I was going to steal it and I didn't appreciate that at all so I cut my shopping short paid for my item and left the store it made me feel very uncomfortable.

I love every time I come to visit, I always get such friendly and funny service. I never feel pressured to get anything i don’t need and I always get what I need. I usually talk to someone that is very sweet that I wanted to shout out but I’m just forgetting his name but i think it was Charlie or something. 10/10 recommend.

Always a fun place, more than just tobacco and pipes. Led Zepplin shirts, cozy funky sweaters, and other apparel items to choose from. Smell goods and incense also a line the store walls. The people are always happy, friendly, and easy going!
Live Life at Infinity's Inn

Everytime I go in here, the employees greet me immediately and are so friendly! They always help when I have random, silly questions. I have been a customer of infinity's end for years, it is my go-to vape/tobacco shop.

This location was convenient, but the parking lot needs upgrade. The fragrant oils and jewelry were on my shopping list.

I love infinity's end and have been going there since the original store on hwy 74 in downtown Charlotte. Great head shop and metaphysical store.

Super knowledgable staff. They really get to know clients. Everyone is treated well. They stand behind their products. They have huge selection and great sales and fair pricing. Just an all around really fun store to go to.

By far my favorite smoke shop in Charlotte. They have the best priced pipes and glass pieces hands down (I've compared) and they have the largest selection by far. My favorite location is definitely the store off 74 and Village Lake. Customer service is always on point and I love all the clothes, tapestries, incense, and other knick knacks they have!

I went in the store stressed out my mind I wish I knew her name but she knows who she is! She sold me a breeze 2. She didn't try to up sale me or anything! She helped me find something budget friendly and gave me so much helpful advice! She was super friendly. I just wanted to say thanks guys so much. I'm puffing away with my new device. I will keep coming here!
