Terry is the reason you will never buy diamonds from any where else. He left us knowing our time and money was important to him. When we went I'm the store to pick up our diamonds we were told Terry had others waiting on him and I thought " of course he does, no doubt " thank you Terry. We will never buy anywhere else. Shoping for jewelry for special occasions can be a stressful, high pressure experience. Our experience with Mike LaBelle at Jared today was anything but. Mike quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect piece. If you are looking for a special something, for a special someone, go directly to Jared and ask for Mike.

Betty was wonderful at the store in Durham! She looked out for me and found exactly what I was looking for. I had no idea she was even still looking after I had left the store unable to make a decision. I am so grateful to her and now have a lovely piece of jewelry to enjoy!

This was a phenomenal experience. Eric Floyd walked me through the entire process. Listened to every specific thing my girlfriend was wanting and not wanting in an engagement ring and selected the best rings to fit her specifications. It was a low pressure experience that made such an important moment that much easier. 10/10 would recommend Eric Floyd and this Jared location.

In hindsight, we should not have tried to create a custom ring at a place that doesn't specialize in custom jewlery. This review may not pertain to in-stock jewelry but it's important to warn folks swayed by the sales pitch of "we can easily alter this" like us.

My husband and I had a truly horrendous experience with our wedding bands from Jared. Long story short, we placed our orders in April, didn't recieve our bands until ONE weeks before our wedding in October and my band was not made correctly until the following January.

The manager (Eric) and sales rep (Mike) tried to be helpful, and were apologetic which we appreciated but it took 4 attempts over NINE MONTHS for them to make my ring correctly (based on designs we agreed on). There was a HUGE communication issue and disconnect between the people in the store, the people designing the ring, and the people making the ring.

In the end, we were supposed to recieve a sizeable refund for the trouble (again, appreciate the attempt) but did not.

Can not warn you enough - DO NOT TRY TO CUSTOMIZE JEWELRY AT JARED.

Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended asking for him when you visit this store.

My mom and I had a wonderful experience at this Jared location. We were helped by Antwon who was very patient as we looked around and tried on different items. He also was well informed and able to answer all of our questions!

Went to get the clamp on my necklace reinforced. This was discussed with a representative however the repair person did not perform the reinforcement in the manner which we had discussed. The representative did not charge me because of the error. I will probably not return
