Bad customer service. I won't name the employee, but they didn't listen properly and tried to sway us away from what we wanted. They forgot to actually order the jewelry and messed up what we wanted when it was ordered (Paid upfront). They then made us feel very uncomfortable and "guilty" when we cancelled it. They were clearly stalling us and trying to get us to reconsider. It doesn't take 25 minutes to do a credit card reversal. I refuse to spend two thousand dollars and not have it properly ordered or corrected.

Mona Batraki is a gem! She made the customer experience the best every step in the process. She is knowledgeable, patient, personable, and knows her business. She took the time to get to know my finance and me and I highly recommend Mona. She will take the best care of you. R&B #happy customers

Worst website ever.tried to purchase an engagement ring online for an online purchase only. The site froze and error messaged until I finally decided to drive an hour to get to the store just for the associate to loose my discount and bought it on another profile or something because I can't even track the delivery to pick up the ring. Is jerod going bankrupt or something? I get emails but when I track my order it says I don't have any orders.if my fiance didn't like the ring so much I would've gotten it elsewhere.fix your website!

Rajiv kaushik was available and amazing. Very informative and responsive to all questions I had. I will be recommending this beautiful establishment for future endeavors.

Update: would I go back to Jared's? No i wouldnt, heres why. 1st time in store. The sales associate Raj was there just to sale and tell you what you wanted to hear. When I went back to have my ring resized, he wanted NOTHING to do with me AT ALL. He pushed me to someone else. I was told this was a upscale store, not like kay or zales. But find out they are owned by the same person. I also didn't know you can go and say, I give you so and so for for an item. I seen him do this while I was there. Wish I knew this ahead of time. I feel I paid too much for my ring. My info was put in wrong, so if I had not had my paperwork, I would have been out of luck. I was not in the system.

Mona was very knowledgeable and even helped us find things we didn’t know we needed! She helped clean my existing rings, helped with a repair and assisted me in finding Christmas gifts. She is amazing!

Went to too many places to count looking for my wedding band. I had a very certain band I wanted and could not find anything close. I came here and worked with Rajiv to make a custom band. He made everything so simple and knew exactly what I wanted. It turned out better than I could have hoped for, it is beyond perfect. Definitely recommend going to see him for custom bands or any jewelry needs, very experienced, knowledgeable and great to work with. Thanks again!

Lydia and Mona are awesome. I had multiples pieces that needed repair and they both worked with me to ensure all of my jewelry was taken care of. I live over 45 minutes away and will always take the drive to come to this location. Great customer service and excellent selection!
