They don't carry the big and tall or the woman's plus sizes in store so it was a wasted trip except for my returns from my online purchase.

Rude and hateful employees at check out. Always some kind of problem about prices. Don't believe posted signs throughout store about price.

I love shopping at JCP. Really nice fashions and the prices are very reasonable. I usually shop at Alamance Crossing.

Cashiers doesn't even go and see if the price is correct. Just bought a disney dress an it was 40% off but the cashier told me it was full price after I also showed it was 40% off in the jc Penney app she didn't care about and just made me pay it full price.

Cost than Wal-Mart but it is good quality if you don't want to have to wait a long time at the check out then you need to go to jewelry counter or some place else to Check out other than at the door. The woman at the check out counter at the door didn't act like she cared about how long it took her & I said I was in a hurry I could see she took her time she went slow & she couldn't have gone much slower this was at Alamance Crossing

Went in with the intention of buying three pair could not find anyone to wait on me to find the kind that I was looking for. Waited 15 minutes looking for someone.went to the register to get them to send someone over but they had about 10 people waiting in one line so I said have a good day.will not be back.

This is my favorite shopping place, they have many good deals, and their clothes are good quality.

Very nice clean organized store. Lots of things in this store to check out. I go here to get my dress shoes and dress clothes sometimes. Prices are somewhat high depending on what you get. Bargains can also be found in here on some stuff. Very friendly employee's. Never had a bad experience here. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

Really like Penney store. Very clean and good service. Never hard to find people to answer a question.

Oh Lord, where do I even start. 1st, don't think you can just walk in and out of there, plan on waiting in the checkout line no less than 30 to 45 minutes, no lie. They are the slowest, most unorganized employees I've ever seen. The chain is failing and they are doing nothing to prevent it. Outstanding customer service goes a long way. They must not care too much about their jobs.

We purchased our new GE dryer here based on price, warranty, and delivery costs versus Walmart, Best Buy, and Lowes.

Pretty barren at JCP. Love the clean store but prices were a bit much for a company desperate for customers.
Hate when they put 50% off signs in racks but upon closer inspection find it's 50% of second item. For example: I seen these jeans that were like $50 & second pair 1/2 off making the sum total approximately $75 + tx. That's about$40 per pair of jeans, I'm not impressed beings they were just Levi's. I visit this store maybe once every 3-4 months hoping they'll wise up

This is a nice large clean JCPenney store however like many other stores they are reducing the big guy section 2 very limited options so you’re pretty much forced to shop online now

I can always find clothes that fit, in fact, to many clothes that fit. They have a great selection

Nice store. I think it needs a better selection of big and tall clothing. But overall, very similar to other JCP I have visited.

Clean store. Larger aisles easy to get a wheelchair down. Very helpful staff. Large dressing rooms. Nice plus size selection. Fairly well stocked Sephora.

I recently visited the appliance section and the lady there Martha is such a sweet, honest and helpful employee I wish everyone would have the same customer service, she was very attentive and answered each and every one of my questions which were like a hundred. I'm so happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it the prices are very good not to mention the insurance plans very affordable I will definitely keep buying more appliances from JCPenney.

Lots of variety of clothes to choose. JC Penny's also carries plus sizes. Prices are reasonable. Store is clean. Employees are courteous and helpful. Convenient location from major highway. Pleasant experience.

Bought my wife pj's for Christmas, but she didn't like them so she returned them, but the crook at the customer service desk refunded the current marked down clearance price rather than scanning the gift receipt that my wife handed her, just be careful when returning items, I will in future, if I ever shop there again.

Workers are very slow they take forever to scan stuff there's a huge line and there's many people waiting horrible to shop at
