The best jewelry store & jewelry buying experience I’ve EVER had! My fiancé and I picked out an engagement ring here. They were so attentive and helpful for the whole process! Staff is caring and knowledgeable, selection is great, and how could you not love a gun store downstairs? ! Thank you for helping to fix a loose stone in my engagement ring and for fixing our son’s necklace. I know personally I’ve had some bad experiences with large chain jewelry stores (even to where they switched out my diamond for one of lesser quality during a resize!) … as long as you guys are in business, you’ll be getting our business. If you need a watch, jewelry, cleaning, repair, or resizing look no further. You’ll be well taken care of.

We love Jewelers On Main! Their customer service is unmatched and knowledge and creativity with custom designs surpass any expectations we had. The store itself is modern and upscale but when you walk in, you are greeted warmly and immediately feel welcome. This is the only place I will go! I have been shopping here for years and never once have I been disappointed. We even got to customize my engagement ring here and it is everything I could’ve wished for and more. All of the staff and employees here are amazing, Ashley and Zari are my personal favorites! My mom is a frequent shopper with Jewelers on Main. I’ve been going to their shop since I was a teenager. Chelsea as always been wonderful and has helped me pick out a few pieces for myself. Now as an adult, I’ve moved away from Mooresville but will stop in whenever I’m in town. If I see Chelsea, she remembers me and it seems as if no time has passed. Zari has been such a joy to work with. I’ve gotten a few permanent brackets done by her. We love Jewlers on Main and will continue to do business with them.

Every one of the Jewelers on Main staff goes above and beyond in helping each customer with care, patience and professionalism. They take time to get to know their customers, offer an extremely wide variety of jewelry, have a custom designer on site, and have multiple gold smith's in store who are very talented and I trust them with all my jewelry repairs.

Jewelers on Main is (hands down) the best jewelry store with the most professional jewelers AND the sweetest staff we’ve ever met! I went in with a repair right after they opened 11 years ago and have gone back countless times over the last decade for purchases, repairs, and gifts of all types! Our daughter even had a custom wedding band designed and made at JoM - which turned out simply beautiful! We love all of our purchases from JoM and can’t wait to visit again soon!
