JewelRecycle, LLC reviews
16When silver is brought in to be melted down management should ask the customer where they got the silver from and would the source object to it being melted down My daughter brought in my late husband’s mother’s 8 piece set silver place setting that I thought she was using with my fine China. It’s been a year and she never told me she sold it to be melted down. This could have prevented if you had asked her if she had the permission of the person she got it from. She would have then asked me if I minded if she had it melted down for cash. I would have taken back the silver and given her the cash.
I love this place. The staff is wonderful, helpful and so friendly. Several of my family members have also used them after I raved about the place. If you are in the market to sell some jewelry you should definitely go to jewelrecycle.
Cheryl and Jacquelyn were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had great experiences with everyone at JewelRecycle. Not only will they give top dollar for your jewelry but they will help you find the best avenue to sell if they think you could make more money elsewhere. I couldn’t say better things about everyone at JewelRecyle
I went in with about 30 lbs.tarnished silverware, silver plated things and a few broken gold chains and sterling silver chains and came out with a big fat check. Amazingly easy process! I'm off to clean out some more cabinets.
Cheryl Nato and her team helped me sort through a pile of silver that my 92-year-old friend had accumulated. She was several hundred dollars richer at the end of my visit! I appreciated the time the team took to explain how they evaluate the value of each piece and felt that I was given a fair amount for a random assortment of silverware.
Very professional and honest, took time to educate and go above a previous offer. First time customer experience was wonderful. Thank you Cheryl!
Great experience as a first time seller. Fred, Jaclyn, and Paul were helpful, professional, and friendly. They gave me a better deal than I expected and I look forward to working with them again. Definitely recommend!
It was friendly, professional, he answered all of our questions, some more than once. I was somewhat amazed at the amount I received for very old jewelry. I recommend them highly.
The staff was very friendly and professional. It was my first time taking in old jewelry to sell. Fred explained the whole process. I felt comfortable dealing with them and will use them again
Jaclyn is a professional, her knowledge and disposition made dealing with the disposal of family items a little less uncomfortable.
Pleasant, efficient, professional. Jaclyn is the best. It is a difficult task to dispose of a loved one’s belongings and Jaclyn made it an easy, respectful process. Thank you for your caring and compassion.
I went to JewelRecycle and sold some silver jewelry that I hardly wear. As soon as I walked in Jaclyn greeted me and promptly proceeded with my jewelry needs and questions. The entire process from start to finish was effortless and Jaclyn did an amazing job. The prize for my jewelry was fair and more than I expected. I highly recommend this place and see Jaclyn for your jewelry needs. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.
Fred and Jill were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed and comfortable throughout the process. Highly, highly recommend!
I've sold scrap metal at a couple of places in the Triangle area but none use the technology that JewelRecycle does. They use a Thermo Scientific Niton analyzer to accurately determine the gold content while the other places use corrosive acid. Their scales measure to two decimal places and have always precisely matched the weight I get on my Gemoro home scales. As all the reviews indicate, this is a reputable place to recycle your silver and gold.
Stopped in with an obviously counterfeit coin, They checked it and told me what it was made of and that it was worthless. Great resource when buying from online sources. Will use them anytime I want to sell or have something checked.
